Inside Safeway great to grab a coffee and grocery shop
My iced mocha was spot on today! Nice and chocolaty!
As a Dasher horrible experience wait times for a customer order that is just sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged is over 15 to 20 mins and dashers have a time it needs to be picked up. Workers never acknowledge customers waiting for orders and when i asked if they would bag an order i was waiting over 10 mins for i was told i was rude and there busy and he refused to bag the order.
I'm not sure if there are new employees here, but the service has gone downhill. The drinks are juzt okay and certainly take a long time to make, and the people that help you at the window are unknowledged about their products and not the most pleasant.

How sad to see customer service not be handled correctly. I ordered two drinks very clear. She only ordered me one. Paid and left her tip thinking my order was complete. When they realized they only placed one order I said I would pay for the second but they all were so quick to say I would have to wait my turn. In my eyes you messed up and according to them there would be 13 orders now before me and they were laughing. As a manager in customer service, this is not acceptable. I won't be backto this establishment. You get better customer service in Safeway.

It seems that they only care about Doordash and the drive-through so sad!!! I used to work at Starbucks and they never did that before!!
I've been coming to this location for a couple of weeks, hoping the service for the drive-through would speed up. It hasn't. This is the slowest drive-through service at a Starbucks that I've experienced. The manager at this location needs to reorganize his staff. They are always running around ignoring drive-through orders in their madness. I always order 5-10 minutes before I get there, and I still have to wait for them to make my order when I get to the window. Then, to give me the wrong egg bites, I'm allergic to pork! Needles to say, I'm going to have to go out of my way and stop at the other locations in the morning. This is the first Starbucks in many states that I've visited that I'm very displeased with.

Place the order online at 7:19, tell me a 12 to 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later I got my order. Every time I asked, they told me it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. When asked if I can just get the money credited back to my account since it’s taking too long and I’ll be late for work,, I was told that they can put it back on my Starbucks account, but they can’t give me a refund any other way. It sucks when you see thousands of people come in after you already put your order ahead of time and still walk out before you.
Never disappoints
The staff is so great friendly a d patient. This was outside on the corner. ( not part of starbuks)
I came in made my order was told about 10 to 15 min wait. I said ok and sat down. Waited 20 min. Another customer came in and ordered and they made it immediately for her. I went up and asked when my order would be ready. They asked me what it was I told them they said we called it. I said no you didn't. They said we called cappuccino. I got a white chocolate cappuccino with whole milk and the potato cheddar. Calling a cappuccino does not mean that is mine especially since it is loaded with people. And the rudeness was insulting. I will never go there again and so I got a refund but not my tip.
I love coming to this Starbucks! It’s a daily routine for me. I appreciate the person who writes the nice messages on my cup! It really makes my day. Thank you to whom ever takes the time in the mornings to do this!
