I love coming to this Starbucks! It’s a daily routine for me. I appreciate the person who writes the nice messages on my cup! It really makes my day. Thank you to whom ever takes the time in the mornings to do this!

I patronized the Casa Grande Starbucks at around 3 pm on Jan 19, 2025. I ordered a Matcha Frapaccino, for the first time actually, usually sticking to coffee straight up. I can't complain about the Frap, it was good, actually. What I am writing to complain about is the service I received from the staff at this Starbucks. As mentioned earlier, this was the first time ordering it and the dude at the counter knew this from the questions I asked. When I received the beverage from the barista, I was given a sippy cup lid. Now I noticed that and knew that I couldn't drink this thick, frosty concoction from a sippy cup. So I asked the cashier who took my order for a regular lid with a hole for a large straw and he looked at me and said "Are you sure?" I couldn't believe that. Now, I was given that sippy cup lid either out of maliciousness or ignorance. I tend to think the former because of his response to my request. Despicable. I would like to have this cashier employee disciplined by corporate (he was the only male working at the time) and have someone get in touch with me regarding a comped drink or something. Otherwise, I will never go into another Starbucks again.

I just started coming to this one this month because it's on the way to my school. They are wonderful people and very hard workers. The one that stands out to me is soThe one that stands out to me is Sun; always a smile on his face, a welcoming personality, ask me how i'm doing that, and even remembers my name! It's the little things that add up didn't make a difference. Thank you Sun, you're amazing and the breath of fresh air but everybody needs in the morning.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian impossible breakfast sandwich, bagel and cream cheese, banana bread, eggs, fruit, nut plate, and all drinks are either vegan or veggie

Dietary restrictions: All the refreshers are vegan. Frappuccino base has ingredients derivedfrom a cow.

Did an app order when left Fry’s. Got there no line which is unheard of, but lucky me. Person at speaker tells me next time to order 5 min before as there are many orders in front of me. He then gives me my coffee right away and was obviously upset as he didn’t say a word. When I pulled away I noticed the cup was 3/4 full. Called to speak to manager and it was the man in the window. Explained why I ordered and that coffee was not full. Won’t be returning to this location.

This particular store seems to ALWAYS make mistakes on EVERY order!! It’s so frustrating when the baristas can’t follow simple request but charge you for Everything! I asked to warm the danish but came out cold! Asked for light ice received my drink with No ice Asked for topping on my frap got charged extra received my drink without it So tired of always needing to correct them and wait even longer after waiting so long for my drinks. Then they get mad at me for asking them to correct their mistakes. Bad attitudes bad management corporate needs to make big changes at this store!

Went here and ordered a peppermint mocha frappe (holiday drink) with one shot of espresso, medium (grande) size, and they wanted $8.14 total. I refused to pay that price and left. I have yet to find any other coffee shop in a 60 miles radius who charges that for the same size blended espresso drink. Starbuck's is sneaky and greedy, because, unlike all other coffee shops who automatically include the espresso into their blended/frappe drinks for one set price, Starbucks' frappes no longer include the espresso/coffee (they used to years ago), and they charge a whopping $1.25 extra for one added shot! They made this change so that they can defraud the customer to pay more $$ for each shot of coffee. Imagine asking for 3 shots. Starbucks makes an additional $3.75! At Scooters coffee shop, for example, they charge $6.43 for a grande size blended drink that includes 3 shots of espresso. The last time I went to Starbucks, a year ago, was in Chandler, and they overcharged me $5 for the drink, and I had to go back in and waste time making sure they corrected that on my credit card. You have to really watch Starbuck's nefarious tactics in nickeling and diming their customers.

It is so laughable that Starbucks still asks for tips as if they operate as a small coffee store and not a fast food joint. There's a drive thru that is heavily prioritized. It's insulting to even ask about a tip before receiving the service provided. I'm glad I didn't tip today, as I have been waiting 15 minutes so far for a drink.
I don't tip McDonald's workers, and the Starbucks experience heavily resembles the McDonald's experience. It takes so long that I will likely not be coming back even though this place is a 5 minute walk from my house.
