I often order in the app and pickup at this location since I work in this area of town. In the morning to midday I usually give a few minutes extra time when picking up here since they are always SO busy, that way I'm not standing around waiting. If all you want is a drip brew coffee or water cup it's best to walk up and order from the counter, service will be faster and your coffee will be hotter.
I'm not sure if there are new employees here, but the service has gone downhill. The drinks are juzt okay and certainly take a long time to make, and the people that help you at the window are unknowledged about their products and not the most pleasant.
I love coming to this Starbucks! It’s a daily routine for me. I appreciate the person who writes the nice messages on my cup! It really makes my day. Thank you to whom ever takes the time in the mornings to do this!
