Ordered them was asked to repeat my order. Then I go to the window they only had 1 of my 3 drink and did not have my food. I then had to pay again then wait in the parking lot for them to be made. So having to wait double the time then get stuck in that busy parking lot when I was trying to drive thru. Then my additional drinks are brought out but surprise no croissant and then I’m told I didn’t pay for it and they are wanting me to wait longer and go inside to pay a 3rd. Sweetie if you are too busy to type in my order then just wait to take it. No one has time for wasted time and missing food. The employees obviously have no respect for the customers time. Like why have me repeat my order if you’re not actually taking it and putting it in the system. I’ll be sticking to Scooters coffee in the mornings. They are always quick and never get it wrong. I regret giving Starbucks a try this time.

Do not go to this location. They will say the card reader is not working and says your card declined so then you give another card and they will charge you again. All to find out you are double charged. When you call them to inform them, they say to deal with your bank.

Placed a pickup order on the app. They closed the inside of the store so I have to wait 30 minutes in the drive through line and I am unable to cancel the order.They said they cant give a refund unless we come in person, but won't allow us inside to give us a refund.

While waiting for my mobile order to be ready, the staff was audibly making fun of my name and purposely mispronouncing it. They pronounced it correctly first, then went on to call it "funny" and "weird" and then begin mispronouncing it. On top of being offended by the staff, my drink was watery.

There is something wrong at this location. Seems like people working here do not operate as a team very well. Drinks orders take a very long time, and the drinks do not have the same flavor as I am accustomed to at other locations. Drinks and service are much better at Fry's across the street.

love this place but this time I was a little confused about my order my brown sugar espresso looked a little too light not very much cold foam the other drink was a caramel ribbon crunch, but for some reason no label on the cup so how am I supposed to know what’s in there?!
