Earlier today I picked up my mobile order and when i tasted it, it tasted extremely salty and almost sour. I went back when I found the time and let them know what had happened. The girl at the window was super nice and fixed me up a perfect remake. She even made sure I liked it before I left. Although the drink wasn’t good the first time, the customer service of this girl was absolutely amazing. She boosted my mood with her kind tone and assuring words. She really made my experience a whole lot better!

The staff here work really hard to give a good customer experience. Morning staff in particular. Sometimes it's a bit loud inside or the wait is long with mobile orders, but what do you expect for the only Starbucks with a drive thru in this part of town? The patio is very nice as well.

Mobile ordering is always convenient when you’re on the go. I play some mobile order with Starbucks daily spending over $100 a month. I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Which Is on the other side of town. I asked the barista if it’s possible if she can make my order and showed her proof Of placing the order, she told me that I had to call the other Starbucks and cancel it and Reorder my drinks. I am a regular at this location, so it really upset me that she couldn’t help me at all. Customer service was horrible this morning and I will not be back at this location.

It's Starbucks. Always slammed, and food is always a toss-up if it's good. It is best to order ahead on the app to get through the line quicker. As they get busy order have been messed up but did make it right when I brought it to their attention. Drive through is easy to get through album depending on a pickup size might not be able to make it through. Lots of parking but inside service is slow.

First time going to this Starbucks Kinda confused on why my drink costed $7 when at the Starbucks on Florence and the Safeway starbucks my drink is no more than $5 and I order it the same way every time.
