I went there yesterday on July 18, and i was getting two Italian subs and they didn’t have the right meats or olives, after she made my subs she told me it was 36 dollars?! And i tried to use a coupon that would’ve made it 13.99 for two of ANY sub and she told me “it doesn’t work with Italian subs” and so i paid the 36 dollars and left then i read the coupon to see she lied to me for the extra cash grab.

I’ve been to many subways in many states. The person behind the counter really shouldn’t have been there helping people. She really didn’t want to be there. Obviously she could put a sandwich together. It really doesn’t take much knowledge. The only thing she really needed was training. I ordered a tuna sandwich. She charged me for another sandwich which was 2 1/2 dollars more than the one I ordered and since there was no manager on, she couldn’t give a refund which doesn’t say much for whoever is in charge.

The bread was hard
I ordered online through Uber and considering I’m stuck at work. I had to send the driver back because they forgot my soda my chips And sauce with an extra pepper that I ordered when the driver came back, the employees excuse was that they were new and did not know where the sauce was at and that I already had the sandwich.
I highly recommend just avoid this sandwich shop
I highly doubt management is gonna be on top of any of this

Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and a salad for pick-up on the mobile app. Food was picked up and when I got home, there was no lettuce in the salad. The order clearly states extra lettuce and no tomato. HOW DO YOU FORGET THE MAIN INGREDIENT IN A SALAD??? Of course I tried to call the store, the phone number listed is not valid. Attempted to locate a number off the actual subway website, provides the same number, and then as my luck would have it, they closed at 9pm. I should know better than to order from here because every time I do, the order is screwed up. It isn't that hard. The order slip tells you exactly what to put on it. So now I sit here with a salad that isn't really a salad, I am out the $12 and there is no "customer service" phone number or anywhere to go to file a complaint. I dumped the salad into a different bowl just to make sure I wasn't missing the lettuce.

These little kids don’t know how to do nothing right. Who trains them? Do they even receive training ? No greetings when getting in line, no ‘we’ll be right with you’ nothing. Then they make my food COMPLETELY wrong. Didn’t notice until I already had left. Those metal covers don’t make it any better either if I would’ve been able to see I got a little sprinkle of cheese I couldve said something right then and there. Absolutely ridiculous. Do BETTER.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The sandwich artist, Phil, was not only unsanitary but also displayed a concerning level of rudeness towards both staff and customers. His behavior made the visit uncomfortable and unappetizing. I hope the management addresses these issues.
