Jade is a rockstar!!!

If I could give Jade a million stars I totally would. My elderly mother decided to roll herself to subway and upon arriving she struggled with the door and ended up falling out of her wheelchair. Jade not only picked her up and helped her back on her wheelchair but also made the best dang sandwich I’ve ever had. She even cut up my mother’s sub into 16ths with no issues(my mother has lost most teeth and struggles with chewing a large sandwich). You can tell this is a career to Jade and not just a job. Thank you Jade for making this world a better place!!

Nikki the manager has 2x messed up my orders,
The first time she put 4meatballs in THE BOSS footlong when it's supposed to be 8 meatballs for a footlong, I get home and it's all sauce on one side of the sub. How do you work here and your a manager and you don't put the correct amount of meatballs in a meatball sub? I thought maybe it was a honest mistake but this time she put Grilled Chicken in my sub that is a Rotisserie chicken sub!?. It's a huge difference in taste. They have a grilled chicken sub on the menu and they also have a rotisserie chicken sub so what's going on? It's so frustrating. I will be checking double triple checking my order is correct from now on.

On 2/1/25 I made an online order that would be ready in 20 mins (6:30pm). When I arrived about 30mins later. I was told the food wasn't done. Fine. I waited about more minutes just to be told that they were out of bread and just put more in the oven to cook and that it wouldn't be ready for another 20mins. I leave and come back, told them my name and order, and then was told the sandwich was literally being made and it's almost done. Not seeing my sandwiches being made, I ask the cashier what's going on, and she tells me they are out of bread for the night. What????? How did I get the run around for an hour?? After I expressed what had taken place, nobody even apologize. They didn't even offer a refund!! I had to ask for it. Such an incredibly terrible experience and waste of time

I'm so irritated by this shop. Hope so I get three different answers about the same subject: bread in a 20-minute time frame. How is it that I'm sent away while waiting for my mobile order...because the shop is making fresh bread, only to come back and decide to refund my money because they still don't have bread?! Just having wasted 40 minutes of my time is absurd!! Do better!!

Will probably change because they are usually pretty good, but last time they decided to check me out while they were still working on my sandwich, during which they just skipped the toppings entirely! Thanks for making me endure the dryest sandwich of my life

Online ordered a footlong chicken Bacon ranch, asked for jalapenos toasted on half and the sub cut in three. When it was delivered I found out they put cold jalapenos on the whole footlong and didn't cut the sub at all. I called 4 times in a row and no answer or voicemail. Worst subway in CG.

i go here cause it’s super close to my house and no matter his many times I go I never learn with ordering online. You can put “extra “ “less” and they will purposely do the opposite. also The little comment section they don’t read that EVER. i ask for stuff on the side or something and they either wont give it to me or put it on my sandwich still. Half of them are high all the time it’s so noticeable. Don’t order online so you can see how your sandwich is made.

Ash and Lily were AMAZING!!!! This place was packed when I went at around 5 and we were out of there surprisingly fast!! You can tell that these two really put their all into this job. GREAT JOB YOU TWO!!!! If I could give more stars to them I would! I will 100% be coming here more because of Ash and Lily. Give these two all the praises and raises!

I recently visited the Subway and I was highly disappointed with my experience.

First, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and were quite rude when taking my order. I felt rushed, and they didn't pay much attention to my requests.

Additionally, the food quality was poor. The bread was stale, the vegetables were not fresh, and the meat tasted bland and unappetizing. My sandwich was thrown together sloppily, and the ingredients were not evenly distributed.

I like this Subway store. Very friendly. It was lunch time today, so they were working on phone/internet orders when I walked in. Line didn't move for a few minutes, but hey, that's life. And line moved quick once it started. I'm especially glad have the honey oat bread back, even for a short time. It was always my favorite from Subway.
