Been to this location's drive-thru a few times now. The food is always fresh and hot and they always remember the sauce. The employees taking orders are patient, polite and friendly.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Nobody helped me in the lobby while my food was sitting there getting cold and old for like 15 mins!, by The time Someone came up there and passed me my food, my burrito and fries were cold, so I asked them if they can make it fresh and all I got was the same cold burrito. So once again, I had to ask him if I can get my burrito fresh. And she’s gonna give me a bean and cheese burrito and had an attitude about it. Not even the same burrito that I ordered. And she’s gonna give me a bean and cheese burrito. Something I didn’t order and had a attitude about it.😂 they don’t care about the customers and will mess up your order 6 times and still not get it right😂😂

This location just got rid of the Long John Silvers half and additionally increased the prices of a bunch of items. Taco Bell in general has been shrinking their food every year while increasing prices on top of forgetting items. Check out the photos, which include the Grilled Cheese Burrito at $5.49 and the Chicken Catina Burrito at $7.19. This is one of the very few times I've gotten everything ordered, but everything was 1/3 to 1/2 the size. Every real Mexican food restaurant in town is only a little more in price, and you dont get mostly dry tortillas with highly processed proteins sprinkled inside. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's been a long time since I have been truly satisfied at a taco bell. I knew when I looked in the box and saw some napkins with right on top I knew them tacos were going to be good because they took the time to actually put what you wanted in the box and napkins without asking amazing customer service tacos were amazing

I ordered beef supreme chalupas online and they deliver chicken chalupas to my house and it was already late like around 12 at midnight don’t recommend using the Taco Bell app at all. You can swap the protein or meat on your combo and they don’t even take the time in their day to look at what you chose they just throw in whatever they want. This wasn’t the first time time they’ve did this that’s how I know they don’t care.

They don't use the App. I think they may be incorporating it soon. Hopefully that's true.

Usually when I order delivery from this location there is always something wrong. So try not to order from here to often. Tonight I did and to say I’m impressed is an understatement. Not only did they get every single item correct (and labeled—never happens—mind blown) but it was ordered, made, and delivered in 10 mins. Had hot fresh food (so rare). So for this order on this night I want to tell whomever was working between 6:30 and 7:00 on 4/14/25 you all rock. Great job and thank you.
Came by here with my family they forgot to make our order we waited for 30 min people came in after me got there food first a total of 7 people to be exact

We enjoy Taco Bell every now and then always have for many many years. Have an acquired taste to the nacho Bell grande but today in casa Grande Arizona they had dumped a bunch of salt on the nachos inedible so hey come people (managers) we like the food get your act together!!

This is the second time I have eaten here this week the 1st time I a asked for a cheesey rice burrito well it was no yellow cheese in it just a hot tasting sauce cheese it was extremely dry tasted terrible. So we go again suggested last experience they made a new one no good again I opened it up where is the cheese and rice what is wrong with this Taco Bell??? I will never come back there is another one near by I shall check out that one next week. This time we ordered beefy nachos again it hardly had any cheese in it or beef what a waste.
