We tried bird box when we couldn’t agree on what to eat. We LOVED it! The loaded fries with brisket were amazing and the collard greens were some of the best I’ve ever had!

I swung by on Tuesday at around 7, their posted hours said they were open until 9. No truck. I called and he said “sorry, we’re closed today. We’re open for the rest of the week until 9.” Ok. Went back on Wednesday at 7. The truck was there, but they said they were closed early! Drove by today at 5 o’clock. Posted hours say they’re open until 8pm. Truck isn’t even in the parking lot. Thats three days in a row.Giving them an extra star cause the pictures of their food look delicious. But I’ll never know cause they’re open whenever they feel like it I guess. I’m not going to fight to give them my money anymore.

I love visiting food trucks and small mom-and-pop restaurants. And so when I saw that The Bird Box was open at the same time that I was hungry, I was compelled to visit. The "parking lot" is tiny, enough for maybe 3 or 4 vehicles. But I found a spot, and walked up to the trailer. Everyone who worked there, from the woman taking the order to the team preparing the food, is extremely hospitable. Very respectful, very helpful, very accommodating. I've heard that some orders can take a while to fill, so I asked what could be ready quickly, and they recommended the brisket. So I got that, some beans, and greens. I was hungry, and wanted to enjoy the food right then and there, so I started eating it right there in my Toyota Solara convertible. The meat was cooked well, and pretty sloppy with BBQ sauce -- which I confess that I really like. The baked beans had peaches as one of the ingredients! I've never had peaches in my beans, but when I make them at home, from now on ... they'll have peaches. The greens were just about perfect, though I did find a few bones. It happens. I wasn't upset. So would I go back? Yup. The thing is, since I visited, I bought my own smoker. I haven't produced anything as good as The Bird Box yet, so until I do, I'll be giving them more of my business.

So decided on Honey Garlic wings and onion rings, don't usually care for wet rub but have to admit it was perfect amount of sweet, heat, garlic. Never disappointed with food or

Wow!! This may have been the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Coming from Chicago, I have high expectations in terms of my BBQ food. But this food truck was incredible. I was welcomed as soon as I got in line. Customer service was amazing and the owners really take pride in their food and it shows in flavor. Everything was seasoned perfectly. The wings were so good. Perfect ribs as well. I’ll DEFINITELY be back soon. Thankful this spot was recommended to me!

Best soul bbq and greens that I've had, in Az, in years. And I have been here, searching, for five. They're in a kitchen trailer, in front of the building, they're renovating, for the 5th atmosphere star.
I have gone by the truck on several different occasions. I have yet to test the food the truck isn't open.

Loved!! Cute little food truck, some of my favorite places to try. You can tell the people really enjoy what they do and care about their customers. They were so friendly and talkative and just genuinely cheerful to be there. The food was DELICIOUS. I got wings and chicken tenders and fries and macaroni. The smoke on the macaroni isn't something I'm usually a fan of but it was perfect. Thank you guys!
