Wow! Ordered a kids meal, got double fries, no chicken nuggets and when I called to make a complaint, was ignored and hung up on!!!!!!

The African-American lady who runs a drive-thru with long dreads was extremely confrontational and rude. I simply asked her a question about an item that I was confusing with another restaurant and she come back with "do.you think I dont know what I'm doing ?! I don't need to be questioned about a job I've been working at since 2018. She was extremely confrontational and aggressive and appeared as though she was trying to exert her power and acted as though she seemed to be saying" how dare these peasants question me about my products?"

After remodel big red sign in street lobby in now open and reader board sign lobby open walk up to go in sign on door lobby is closed with long line in drive thru. Figure it out people and check your signs . I deliver food for online orders and I don’t need to wait 45 minutes in drive thru for $5 payout.
