What is the purpose of ordering food online if it's not going to be ready when I get there. I ordered my food at 4:30am this morning EXPECTING it to be ready when I arrive. I sat in line for 15 mins and my food still wasn't ready. I told the girl I had to go to work and left without my meal this morning. Paid for food I never received. Extremely disappointed

Burgers are always very good. It's usually a hit or miss if fry's are fresh and hot. Green chile cheese burger was great today. I docked it 3 stars for service. It took approximately 20 to get a burger and fries tonight. Quite the wait

Store was very busy today. Staff appeared overwhelmed. Several customers were complaining about orders being wrong or missing food. The food that I ordered was good, but it took a long time to get. Also, my 1st time seeing this store this busy.

6:25 am went inside to eat stood at register for 15 before my order was taken. Drive through orders kept getting filled. beware of inside service

Management yelling at employees, No Ice Every order wrong. Truly a mess. Food was cold. Cashier had a really bad attitude
Asked to warm up cinnamon roll, got told “of course” by female in drive thru, however when I got said cinnamon roll it was completely cold to the touch. Like it was in the freezer. Deep freezer. Additionally, I received no receipt. So even if I were to try to get a refund, I am unable due to poor service and terrible comprehensive skills. Do not come here unless you want your cinnamon roll as cold as Antarctica on January 1st.

The prices for their items are pretty darn good if I do say so myself...you can get 2 grilled cheese kids meals for the price of 1 happy meals at mcdonalds...and drive thru has 2 lines that are kept seperate...someone comes out to collect your payment if your in the furtherst line then brings you out your food...there's no whoever orders first goes ahead then you get home only to find out it wasn't your meal they gave you...
