Ordered through deliver app. 1st driver waited for about 10 minutes for food then a second driver was sent because restaurant takes to long to make food now frys and burger are cold. This is getting to be normal for this location. When you go in the manger is yelling at staff and then visiting with friends and family in the restaurant most the time I have been there
What is the purpose of ordering food online if it's not going to be ready when I get there. I ordered my food at 4:30am this morning EXPECTING it to be ready when I arrive. I sat in line for 15 mins and my food still wasn't ready. I told the girl I had to go to work and left without my meal this morning. Paid for food I never received. Extremely disappointed
Burgers are always very good. It's usually a hit or miss if fry's are fresh and hot. Green chile cheese burger was great today. I docked it 3 stars for service. It took approximately 20 to get a burger and fries tonight. Quite the wait
