I just attempted an online order. I arrived at Subway Catalina, no order. The employee working today May 6@3:30p was no help whatsoever. I walked out, no food. I would NEVER have an employee that lacked customer service skills and let a customer walk out!

The blue haired manager was playing music through the speakers that had horrible language on it and she was constantly yelling in the back office and was not helping out front when the line was about to the door

Visiting from the Midwest we especially enjoyed the workers’ jovial personalities on 6/21 (PM). They were both welcoming, engaging, and provided great customer service with a smile and kindness. Well done!

The staff seemed short with me just because I thought I could choose what went on my sandwich, but I guess not I also had her put the giardiniera on my sandwich, when I bit into it my mouth was on fire.i have had this before but not with tons of jalapenos in it. I have never seen it like that and she could have mentioned it was very hot. Maybe this is an Arizona thing or not but I think they should mention it is very spicy. I will not be eating at a Subway again no matter what state I'm in on vacation or not😕

I ducked in for my old favorite sandwich and tried something new. Before going on, you should know I've been addicted to Panera's Broccoli and Cheddar soup for a decade.Subway has one that was so surprisingly delicious I am smiling as I write this. Next time I return, I'm buying multiple servings for my freezer. One more thing- the price was a nice surprise too!
