This is a nice sushi place. Prompt service. Has a great atmosphere and it's clean. Though I went in to grab some food to go, it was a little busy, so I just got a menu to-go and I'll be back anotherday.

Good sushi for being in th middle of the desert. The service is meh but they try. The atmosphere is non-existent.

We eat here once a week now because the food is so good! Always consistent! Haven't had a bad thing on the menu. Staff is very friendly and always remember us.

Came on a Friday night at 5:30, we got served super quick and the rolls were delicious! Classic rolls were fresh, and we tried the Vampire roll. Very unique, super garlicky but I loved it because it was super different from other rolls. Highly recommend it! The plum wine is super sweet, it isn't for everyone but I personally enjoyed it!

As a warning to everyone, don’t go to Ari Sushi unless you have a lot of time to wait. Food is still great but the new wait staff is terrible. Half full restaurant and after waiting for 10 minutes we had to wave someone over just to get menus. After that it was another long, extended wait for us to order our food as we watched the servers fill up extra water glasses, precisely line up napkins on tables, and allow other peoples food to pile up on the counter. The other diners around us were looking around just as confused as we were. This is now the third time we’ve gone and service was bad. First time, we figured maybe it was a rough day with the new staff, second time we sat at the bar, and it was pretty slow, and now this. Sad to see such a good place go downhill.

Ari Sushi is a hidden gem tucked in at the southeast corner of Cave Creek and Tatum. This is our regular sushi haunt, why? Because their food is great!! We have consistently had wonderful service and excellent rolls. Some of our favorites are OMG, Garlic Tuna and Las Vegas. What is even more is that they have added some great menu options like Korean BBQ ribs and spicy pork if you’re not in a sushi mood. Having a family owned and operated restaurant that we can support that does such a great job is a gift out here in the desert.

Monday night, sat at the Sushi bar around 7:30, service was prompt and quick but never overbearing. Great experience getting plates right over the bar from the sushi chef. We usually get takeout from here but im glad we ate in. Everything tasted very crisp & fresh
