Do doordash and barros not communicate with wait times? This is the 3rd time since barros stopped doing in house delivery that the wait time that initially shows on DoorDash are wildly inaccurate! I placed my order at 545, DoorDash says delivery estimate is 615-620….620 comes and goes and the estimated time keeps going up. Call Barros to see what the status is and they tell me my order isn’t done yet and will be another several minutes….. it’s now 700pm and the dasher is just now on his way.

The new GM is stellar! Me and my crew came by for a couple pies and some wings. Food came out quick and was absolutely delicious.
Shoutout to Manager Felipe, he was incredibly kind, courteous and full of positive energy, made the experience that much better!

The last two times we have picked up a pizza from the Cave Creek Rd.store, It has been sloppy, oily and lacking flavor. Quality is significantly poorer from 6-9 months ago. What’s happening??

Do you ever go to your favorite pizza place and they know your order by heart? Zoey knows mine every Tuesday, and she always greets me with a warm smile. It’s more than just good pizza, it’s the kindness and connection that keep me coming back. People like Zoey and Lindsey remind me that there are still so many good humans out there.

After I finish my meal and clear my own table, they always take a moment to say “Thank you” and wish me a good day as I walk out. That small gesture sticks with me.

In a world where we’re often bombarded by negativity, it’s comforting to know there are still places and people who quietly do their part to make life a little brighter. I feel good coming in, and I feel even better walking out. We should all be so lucky to have folks like this making our day just a little better.

We only do takeout. Just learned they don't do delivery anymore.

So good. We ordered takeout from Barro’s and were seriously impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious—loaded with flavor, perfect crust, and just the right amount of cheese and toppings. Even after the drive home, it was still hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re craving great pizza without the wait!

It's about 1130. No pizza ready for the lunch special. Kind of crazy . The whole point of lunch is to grab a quick slice. This isn't the first time at this location. I don't think I'll be revisiting this particular Barros again

Update: Creative response to ignoring poor review. Have customer do more work to share poor experience. The lack of direct communication in addition to poor experience is all others need to see.

Sweet young gal took care of my pick up. It was the first time I'd been inside for years... cute atmosphere. Pizza quality is not in alignment with price.
