Brugos Pizza and Italian Bistro

Came to eat dinner when they opened. No one was in the restaurant and the hostess said they were all booked. She stated there was a two hour turnaround time and the first reservation was in 30 minutes. Again no one was in the restaurant and there were about 20 tables available. Very disappointing.

Everyone had the pizza. Our order took 40 minutes to arrive, but that was fine with us. If you order the thin crust, be prepared to enjoy a very thin, crispy, and crunchy crust.

It's a great little place. Laid back atmosphere with unique and traditional Italian dishes. It would become my go-to place if I lived closer.

Was another great happy hour at Brugos...amazing food and a much needed break from not cooking. Happy to eat, support and living in our beautiful Cave Creek AZ!!

Our service was excellent (Nicole was friendly, polite & attentive) Our food was delicious (We have never had a less than perfect meal) Background music was pleasant so that we could have a conversation without raising our voices One of our favorite CC restaurants

The staff is always professional and service oriented. The food is delicious! We had Meatball pizza and salad! Yum! The restaurant is welcoming and we love the music! Thanks for a great night out.

We have been here several times and the food is consistently good, service is always wonderful and we enjoy the ambience. The price is high for pizzas but then again they are so very good.

Consistently the best food and service. Highly recommend yeah, we have company coming this week so I've gotta get some stock up the house and go out to dinner but will probably probably have to grill some burgers and steaks one day you know the kids kids coming so they're like 20 so

Dinner overall was pretty good. Nice casual, quiet atmosphere. The only disappointment was the "scampi" special were just small shrimp you could buy at Costco but the price reflected what you would pay for actual large scampi. The menu description didn't reflect the reality of what we paid for versus what we got.

Great dinner! Food was delicious. We had lasagna and spaghetti with meat balls. The portions are so large we have enough for a meal at home. We enjoyed the music and ambiance. The David, our server was attentive while not making us feel rushed. Overall 5 star night!

The service was excellent and the menu has a really good variety of food and beverage offerings. Our table ordered two different pizzas and they were just OK. They were both overcooked so the crust was tough and the cheese was hard. We wouldn't order pizza again if we went back.
