Brugos Pizza and Italian Bistro

Love that chicken and artichoke pizza with the white garlic sauce. Innovative and delicious. nice background music. Not overwhelming so conversation was easy. Nice place.

Every pizza or pasta dish we've enjoyed at Brugo's across our many visits has been excellent. Our latest visit was no different. This visit we enjoyed two different thin crust pizzas, crispy and flavorful with delicious crumbled sausage and veggies. The the classic crooner background music creates a relaxing atmosphere, the dining room is comfortable and cozy, and diners can hold conversations because the restaurant noise level is minimal. The wait staff and bartender are friendly and helpful.

Pizza was great, calamari not so much. It was soggy instead of crispy. Skip the aioli or serve it in the side. Our server was great though!

Great night to eat outside at Brugo's. The pizza was done perfectly and our waiter was exceptional. One of our "go to" places in Cave Creek.

Great food and Shannon and Patrick are always so friendly and helpful. Burgos is our favorite in Cave Creek !!!

Brugo's never disappoints! The staff is welcoming, the menu has something for everyone, and the food is consistently excellent. You can tell it's a place that cares about both quality and community.

Always great food and great service. We have eaten there several times and always pleased. The cocktails are strong and delicious.

Waiter hard sells you on expensive drinks, then offer garlic bread for table without mentioning that cost 12$. Garlic bread was dry and contested me on that. Asked for some red sauce and brought out cold red sauce - ew. Waiter also took our order and hard selled adding Buffalo mozzarella to pizza adding total cost to individual 12 inch pizza to 34$. Lasagna without salad 28$. No complimentary bread at table at these prices not good. Wife's Iced tea and lemonade 6.50$. Came here because lasagna at this restaurant always delivers but don't remember these high prices before.

Outstanding service despite being short handed. Our server was attentive, cool and calm. We had guests from out of state and they greatly enjoyed the food and experience.

We had such an amazing dinner! Louis was our waiter and was phenomenal!! Everything was incredible!

Came to eat dinner when they opened. No one was in the restaurant and the hostess said they were all booked. She stated there was a two hour turnaround time and the first reservation was in 30 minutes. Again no one was in the restaurant and there were about 20 tables available. Very disappointing.

Everyone had the pizza. Our order took 40 minutes to arrive, but that was fine with us. If you order the thin crust, be prepared to enjoy a very thin, crispy, and crunchy crust.

It's a great little place. Laid back atmosphere with unique and traditional Italian dishes. It would become my go-to place if I lived closer.
