fast and friendly service. easy to redeem my points in store for a cheeseburger. cheeseburger was ready in just a few mins, it was delicious.

I just went through the drive through and didn’t receive the main part of the breakfast meal I ordered which was the French toast sticks. I received the extra breakfast sandwiches I ordered, one of the meals but missing the french toast sticks. I tried calling instead of having to drive all the way back up there and the phone number is disconnected. I tried multiple times and got the same message that the BUSINESS phone number is disconnected. Really irritating since I just spent 25 bucks and didn’t even receive my full order and now can’t even speak to someone about it.

I ordered my two year old son a kids meal.... they didn't even give him a toy....I contacted customer service and the problem was not resolved...

I never really liked burger King anyways...

Asked for a whopper with no cheese, got a whopper with double cheese. Didn't find out until I got home. Mistakes happen, unfortunately the mistake meant giving my dinner away to someone else and going hungry. Food service isn't hard, I did it for 15 years. I chalk it up to people just don't care, which is a lot nicer than thinking they're flat out stupid or illiterate. To screw up a food order there's only so many excuses, and in the end it's just a lame excuse for failure to pay attention and adequately perform.

Ordered drive-thru gave my crown royalty code # I ordered my burger with cheese, the cashier kept trying to tap my card, I told her it's not that kind of card. I told her it's a chip, she says yeah I know. Strange for one thing. Made me suspicious. My order finally came I parked to eat and no cheese on my whopper and no receipt in the bag. I had to go inside they gave me another burger with cheese. However, no receipt again and I didn't get my credit for the code I gave her. Every time I come to this location I never receive my crowns ? ? I really don't think they put the code in or using for some other royalty account. ??? I went in to ask for my receipt and they say it's to late.I definitely won't be back to this location.

I’ve come here several times. The woman who works the drive through is always friendly and speaks clearly. Food prep is pretty slow at this location though.
