Don’t use your phone to order and pick up from the window. We’ve literally been out here for 20 minutes with no one ahead of us just watching the cars go through the drive-through and get their drinks. The estimated time we got for the drinks is way off. Dec 5 8:20pm Will not come back!

I’ve been in many Dutch lines. Extremely long ones and have never had a wait time like I did this morning. Their drive thru wasn’t even half way full and the wait time was 30+ min. I started counting late so it could have taken longer, who knows. Girls were nice “enough”. No one acknowledged the wait or inconvenience. No apologies. Just incredibly slow service. This location may need some more oversight from the owner or manager. This was a first for me from a Dutch location.

This is the slowest Dutch Bros location I have ever been to. Like so slow I felt it necessary to write a review about it. The first time I went, I swear I would never go again because it took so long. A year later I thought I would try it out again on my way back From Cave Creek. Again, excruciatingly slow. Like I was maybe the seventh person in line and it took 25 minutes to go through the drive thru. Also, the woman who took my order was clearly sick with congestion. I will not be returning, no matter how much I love Dutch.

Coffee is good, this location is always busy and the music could be changed up from the constant rap and hip-hop. Most Dutch brow I’ve been to have always have a Hawaiian reggae vibe of music.
