Great place for drive-up or walk-up coffee. Did not get food, but plenty of coffee options and they were delicious. This particular location does not have indoor seating/ordering, but others may. Person on foot working drive thru lane makes it go much quicker. Check it out!

25 minutes to receive an overly watered down americano that was not even correct and had to have cream added. The line was packed and the person taking orders in the line took a break and came back and ignored the people who passed his spot just adding to the slow pace. I have only been to Dutch Brothers a handful of times but it has always been slow and disappointing.
If I needed to wait to order all they needed to do was tell me to wait where they needed me to be.

There was one employee that was Extremely rude and had no skill related to customer service. He had no idea what customer relations is and that those customers pay his wages.. I will never be returning to this location again

This was our first ever Dutch Bros coffee, and it was great. Being from NY, we don't get this, so it was good for a change. When we are in Phoenix, we will definitely have it again.

Overall usually pretty good. I normally ask for light ice (even tho I usually ask for extra ice at Starbucks). If you don’t ask for light ice, my rebel or soda is completely filled with ice. I’d get a few sips and have a cup full to the lid with ice: I can’t justify a $6 drink full of ice. “Light ice” is usually the perfect amount and still a decent amount of ice. Never been an issue before and the employees are normally understanding. Today they gave me a partially full drink that was still half ice. I asked why it wasn’t full and they discussed for awhile if they’re allowed to fill it up. You can also see how much ice they’d put in the cup if it was regular ice. They ended up just giving me a can of soda to make up for it. Pic for reference. You can see the drink is still 50% ice and not full. Never have this issue at other locations
What..are they giving away free coffee or something? It's not the best coffee I have ever had certainly not worth waiting in my car in the drive thru 25 minutes. It's expensive as all get out as well. Over rated and not even worth the time it takes to get through the drive thru.

Just pulled out after waiting 20 mins. Apparently it takes them 10+mins per car. Ridiculous.

I love dutch, I go twice daily to get my coffee. This is my first time at this location & it was horrible. The long line, then getting stuck behind little girls that hold the lines up because they think it's cute, irresponsible parents for allowing them to drive around in their toy car!! They should stay on their playground & not hold up lines, after 30min wait people backed up to leave the drive Thru, I wish I could've but I was already stuck in there. So it was not a good experience & hope I don't have to visit this location since these girls are there quite often according to some employees. This is negligence on parents part. If someone gets hurt I'm sure it will be the other "actual car's fault" .
