love the morning people! the afternoon people are hit & miss on the level of energy i get which is disappointing. the drinks are very inconsistent. i’m either given & charged for the wrong size or not enough drink & there is an inch or more gap from the liquid to the lid. i try to get a large (light) iced soda & instead of opening another soda to fill the rest to the top (i was told this is supposed to happen & there is always way too much ice) they will only pour the normal measurements & just put it in the large cup.

This is the first and last time I will visit this Dutch Brothers. While ordering, the gal literally asked me how to make a caramel macchiato. I"s it like a latte? Like a breve?"While I was still three cars back from being at the window, they bring my coffee out but I'm stuck in line because they have a line of cars that are paying with cash. They collect the credit cards when you place an order but you have to drive to a window to pay cash and hold up the entire line. No wonder the lines are so long. I'll stick with Starbucks.

First time having a Dutch Bros Coffee today. Visited the morning and wow, what amazing service and great drink. I had a large Hot Golden Eagle. It was Vanilla & Caramel Breze with Caramel Drizzle. I highly recommend this location and this drink.

I love dutch bros but this one makes me not want to come. the drive through line will always be 30 minutes and if you decide to walk up then you are also waiting 30 minutes. I watched more cars pull up and they got their drinks before i did even though ive been there for 15 minutes waiting for one drink. this is the only dutch bros that takes forever. this place needs better customer service. I could go to the smallest dutch bros and have my drink in 15 minutes.
