I went on Saturday during lunch and I got a seat right away. The server was friendly and food was quick to come out. Everything was delicious, I especially loved the hot and sour soup.

Finally we have some GOOD Chinese food in Phoenix. Pleasantly surprised!! The Singapore noodles were AMAZING! Beef was quality in beef and vegetables. Real filet mignon used in sizzling beef. NY egg rolls off the hook (the way egg rolls should be!) war wonton soup delicious!! Owners were so NICE! We will be back!!

Stopped to eat here a few nights ago, good food and will definitely stop by again.The food was good, service was friendly, atmosphere was ok, nothing special, but nice and clean.My negatives, we ordered two spicy dishes, neither had really any spice to it. Wife hardly eats anything spicy and even she commented on how it wasn’t spicy at all. Food was still good, definitely order it again, just needs a tad more spice.My dish came with white rice, I wanted to substitute fried rice and pay the difference, but they said I couldn’t do that. I would have to make another order of rice…seems pointless to get two orders of rice lol.I focused on the negatives, but I do honestly recommend this place. What we ate had good flavor, we both enjoyed, and well priced. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Just had a delicious lunch here with Mom. She had beef chow fun, which was incredible. The beef was very tender. I had garlic noodles and added chicken, it was equally great. The food was so good we ordered wor wonton and chicken with snow peas to go for dinner. Yum!! We had service from a man and a woman. They were both very personable, friendly, and patient with all my questions and special requests. They had fantastic, comfortable booth seating, as well as table and chairs. Very calm, quiet, peaceful. Oh and yummy mai tai's too! I'm so happy to have found my new fave Arizona Chinese food!

I don't believe the average rating should be as high as it is from my experience. The food is decent and I know what to expect (so I do order again), but after living in Washington state, I haven't been able to find similar high quality Chinese food here in AZ - especially up in Cave Creek.The NY egg roll was large, but extremely greasy and kind of over fried.The meat dishes seem to have about a 4 to 1 ratio of vegetables to meat and there were several grisly pieces in our beef dish which has a horrible texture when you bite in to it. I understand this can happen, but it seemed like there were more pieces than normal in our most recent order.We also tried to ask for spicy by indicating "spice level 4 of 5" in the comment section while ordering each dish, but none of the food was actually spicy.Don't get me wrong, the food is good, but I think the average rating is higher than what it should be.

Our first visit - went for 6 pm Saturday dinner for two. Chose this place because of the 4.5 stars. There were a few red flags almost immediately. A customer waiting for takeout was complaining about waiting for over an hour. Heard a waitress apologizing to several different tables. The evening was cool and so was the restaurant temperature. Also was not the cleanest place. There appeared to be quite a bit of disorganization. We ordered the lettuce wrap app to start with. A little slow to get them to us and were lost trying to find out who it belonged to. The lettuce was very fresh. Overall, that was the best part of our meal (4.0 stars). We then split a plate of General's chicken and white rice. We waited and waited. It became clear they forgot to put our order in. I could also see other tables talking about things being missed. Again, continued to hear the same waitress apologizing several times. Also saw one customer almost walk into kitchen because he was told it would be 5 minutes more and it went past that! General's chicken is an easy dish. BUT it tasted like orange chicken?? The outside breading was not as crispy as it should have been. I would rate that part of the dinner as 3.0 stars. The diet Coke was flat and simply tasted "different" - definitely not your McDonalds diet Coke. Overall, probably won't go back. I also found the service very disorganized and not overly friendly except the poor girl that was apologizing to everyone. When we got the bill, it was the wrong bill - belonged to another table.

Food is good. Service: The owners/servers are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. They are very cold to people and do not do a good job at serving. I went there today (01/08/2024) and waited to get my order for 5 minutes, and there was only one other couple there. The owner's just stood at the counter and I had to ask to get my order in. I received my order and it was spicy, but the owner's wife (server) did no bring me any water, and did not return. Every time I go there, this is the same treatment and service I receive. The wife made me feel like it was burden to take my order, like it was am inconvenience... I will never go back.
