App would not log in (gave error message). Staff said I cannot have the dozen bagel special price and would have to pay full price.... After they're all sliced and everything . Then told it's not their fault because they're a family owned business. Good luck.

I tried ordering two drinks with whip cream as this is pictured on their in store and online menu. The employee told me that they haven’t carried whip cream for three years at this store. Please update your menus if this is the case.
Picked up a big order for bagels I had preordered online. It was very quick, service was prompt, and the food was delicious.

Oktoberfest bagel is hot and does not to be warmed. The cheddar cheese is also a great dip.

Good, soft bagels.
I enjoy both their breakfast and lunch sandwiches
Always good and super fast service
Closed early today sign said 1pm but they were already closed before that. Lazy.
“Repeatedly Disappointing and Unethical Practices”
I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, selecting items that were NOT shown as unavailable on their menu. However, upon arriving to pick up my food, I discovered that the item I ordered was not available. In the most recent occurrence rather than offering me a refund or discussing options , I was given a cheaper item as a replacement without any consultation.
This is not only poor service but also a clear failure to fulfill transactions as agreed. It feels deceptive and unprofessional, as they continue to accept orders for items they cannot provide. I consider this a fraudulent business practice, and I would caution others about ordering here until these issues are addressed.

Not sure why this place has low ratings.
This chain has always been a must go visit when my partner is with me.
They have fresh bagels and buns, and you can buy them to go and freeze them or eat them as you like.
They sell their own cream cheese spread too.
Staff was super friendly and welcoming here.
Apologetic to be out of items we’d hoped to get.
The wait is a bit - 5-10 minutes but worth it if you plan for it and want to get the quality.
It was fairly clean.
The parking lot was smaller here but manageable. Came around ten am on a Tuesday.
Would return.
They seem to have a good selection of tasty sandwich options.
I like the little outdoor patio in the shade. Would be a great place to pull out a book or do some writing while enjoying a tasty sandwich.
Parking: A strip mall. Smaller spots.
Fewer spots too.

This is the closest location to me and I’ve here several times. Their bagels are dense and shaped like a ball rather than a bagel. They don’t have the courtesy to ask you if you want your bagels sliced either. The older cashier lady is not very friendly even when you tell her thank you.

This was our first time at this location, and we were pleasantly surprised! We came in around noon on 08/16, and although they were understaffed (only two employees), we were greeted and were helped out with kindness regarding our mobile app issue. We didn’t get a chance to catch her name, but the female employee with glasses was very helpful!

I am not usually one to leave a review. Location was not busy. The service felt like I was imposing. Not friendly at all. The bathroom was so dirty.
