Worst costumer service and greatest inconsideration for a family with children you’ll ever experience. We came in and were told there was a 20 min wait - Cool, grab a margarita, look at the ducks and turtles with the kids. Once seated, we weren’t greeted for 15+ mins and were walked past numerous times by waiters, waitresses, restaurant manager, bussers, etc. with never being asked if we had been helped yet. Clearly didn’t even have water on the table. After asking numerous people who walked passed “Do we have a server?” “who’s the server for our section?” IGNORED. Blatantly just walked passed with no care in the world. Then once we went up to the host stand to ask if we could be seated else where they proceeded to tell us we would need to be put back on the wait list. Management should be ashamed of themselves and staff and restaurant owners should reconsider the people that have running the place. Can’t wait to spread the word on our experience.

Food was really good. Completely satisfied with the food. The service was so so. They wrote our phone number down wrong so we never received a notification our table was ready so instead of a 20 minute wait it turned into a 45 minute wait before I said something. Chips and salsa came with the water, but we had to ask several minutes later for water glasses to drink our water with. Not a big deal, but kind of annoying. Granted, it was busy. It was “Final Four weekend AND a 5 day motorcycle rally. Our server was great and also seemed annoyed we weren’t given water glasses. Overall it just appeared staff didn’t care too much for their job. Would go back, but maybe at a different time of day.

Best carne asada I've had! Service was excellent also.
Very popular place. We took a table in the bar area. Service was immediate for drinks. Order taken promptly after drinks came to the table. As busy as the restaurant was at the time, the food came out surprisingly fast. Chips ans salsa were excellent. The food was hot and fabulous. Great job guys. Jeep it up.

This place is worth the wait! We had a little wait for our table but well worth it. I had the vegetarian enchiladas and a margarita. My husband had the Pollo fundito. We both ate all of it. Practically licked plates. Chips were good. Salsa was okay. Margarita was excellent. View of pond from our table. We were kept entertained by turtles and ducks.Vegetarian options: Several menu items for vegetarians
