Stopped in to try out the local bourbon. Enjoyed the tasting room and grabbed a bourbon and vodka to take home.

Gotta go back, A must visit. We should have come sooner, we'll worth the drive (and a pleasant drive it is even with construction). Cocktails made with love and care by Aubry, excellent environment for a conversation and a bite with quality libations. The creative menu will make you want to come back to explore menu. Thanks for Aubry's stellar hospitality.

The bourbon impressive, but the barrel proof really stole the show—smooth, bold, and full of character. Delicious cocktails at Carefree Distillery! Mojito Twist for the win and the Mountain Martini too! Bartenders were sweet as pie too! Def recommended!

We dropped in to purchase a bottle of Bourbon and a tasting. Very impressed with the atmosphere and the selection of drinks made with Carefree Bourbon and Chakra Vodka. The Bartenders were super sweet, they made us amazing drinks!

If you're in Cave Creek you've got to put some time aside and visit this distillery. We enjoyed a tasting flight and also the pumpkin spiced old fashioned. The locals were also a great bunch. Five stars all the way.

first time here and what a enjoyable time we had tasting the Bourbon flight. The servers, Alex, Sabrina and Aubrey were professional and attentive. We bought two bottles of the Carefree Bourbon, Barrel Strength for Christmas presents. We will be back next month with friends. Excellent taste and service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of Bourbons and excellent cocktails. The charcuterie board was excellent! First time here but will be back.
