Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

My wife and I went there for lunch on 7/29. The atmosphere was amazing...the food was perfect/delicious. The owner, Steve, was so nice and made sure we were happy. And that's even taking into account it was pretty packed there. Definitely a must go there!!

One thing that really stuck out...some local kids are allowed to hang out in there and cool off on hot days. They are even provided their own reusable cups to get drinks with. Steve shows compassion to others, where other establishments won't. Big win in my book!!

Suppose to open at 10:30am, waiting till 11am still not open. Would have loved to eat here but employees must not like to work or open up on time.

Smelled like sewer in there. Super overpriced. Is it supposed to be a mustard burger? Way too much mustard. Ruined it.

Appreciate this location being the only one in the Phoenix area with dairy free cheese! The impossible burger tastes far better here with the vegan cheese than any other location. Love the vegan milkshakes as well. Great service!

We came as a larger party and we ordered over 12 meals. The servers were Xavier and Steve and they were accommodating, friendly and kind. We will absolutely be back.

Not sure who they paid for those reviews, but this was the worst we've ever had.

Had a really bad experience there. Wife ordered chicken straps that were touted in their ads. When they came out they were very raw & uncooked inside. We asked they be redone. The staff did so somewhat hesitantly. When they came out again the new ones were still somewhat raw, uncooked & rubbery. The young man at the counter was nice but the cook was clearly miffed they were not eaten. We left the restaurant & left the food. Avoid this place! Too many other options that are good.
