Been going to this Firehouse Subs location for a while and had to write a review. I am blown away by the exceptional customer service. Chris, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch. He treats you like his best friend and he is the reason I keep going back there. The subs were delicious, as always, but the outstanding service really made my visit special! Highly recommend this location!

If Firehouse Subs were the Justice League, Jason would be our beloved Superman. Walking into the store, I felt like Lois Lane being greeted by the man himself. Jason's welcoming smile was so bright, it could melt steel (or at least toast a sub perfectly). His charm didn't just stop at the greeting; it extended to his extraordinary customer service.

I'll tell you what... JASON is the reason that this firehouse is getting 5 stars. From menu knowledge to customer service Jason is the total package. He not only got us what we wanted in a timely manner, he did it in a friendly, curteous way.

Update two of 2024. I always enjoy the manager here and the employees talk about some good people. Made to order sandwiches, delicious.—————————-Fabulous! We had the New Your Steamer, so fresh and delicious. Plus the employee’s were nice and the place was clean.I WOULD RECOMMEND
