Normally lose Jersey Mike's, but this location is a disaster. Poorly run and managed, I guess. Orders wrong. Service slow. What a mess.

I usually love Jersey Mike's! Subs were great, as usual. But my dad had some iced tea and ended up with bad stomach issues and diarrhea. It was really upsetting, especially since everything else was fine. Seems like there might be a problem with the tea, so I hope that gets checked out soon!

You spend over $11 for a simple sandwich and you get two pieces of bacon on a club sandwich that promotes having apple bacon!! They have a mountain of bacon cooked, which I question the freshness and when asked “ can you please put some bacon on the bacon club?.. two pieces is the limit unless you want to pay extra?!.” Really?? Never coming back..

Food was terrible, service was terrible, and the restaurant was as filthy. I can’t imagine they’ll pass their next inspection. Better off going over to Jimmy John’s where the service, cleanliness, and quality is better. Hopefully the health inspector shuts this location down.
This Jersey Mike’s location has always been a struggle, but is the closest to home so I continue to try. Today I had an inexperience there that will be my last visit to that location, perhaps Jersey Mike’s in general. After waiting 20 minutes in line, the 10+ employees had made 100 to go sandwiches and not made a single sandwich for a person in line. There was no acknowledgment from the staff that they were extremely busy, no apologies or thank you for our patience. It literally was like crickets. After 20 minutes, and a line out the door, I decided to speak up and express my frustrations. The woman making sandwiches looks up at me and then says “have a good time coming up to get your sandwich”. I am an extremely patient person, pride myself on being kind, but this was absolutely appalling. I understand they feel overwhelmed, but to speak to a customer that way, who is about to come eat in your establishment is disgusting. It felt like a direct threat, and I chose to take my business elsewhere. Whoever runs this jersey, Mike should be ashamed of their staff and how they responded in light of a difficult situation.
Great sandwiches and great service. This location is my go to sub shop. I eat at this location most frequently and at JM’s in all over. This is as a very good one.

Bread is always stale!!!!!!!!! Omg I’ve ordered here so meany times just hoping they would eventually have decent bread but it has never happened.

I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations throughout the years and each one of them have been great. This one I think the people working may need to be retrained. I ordered the big kahuna giant size, I felt like I had more bread than meat. Hardly had any peppers in it, They also used two halves to make a whole giant. I noticed because the ends where the bread was cut was clean and there was no meat spilling out the sides like if it was filled then cut. The sandwich was also not wrapped properly, it was placed on the paper and paper was folded over and then stuffed into the brown bag. As a side note I ordered it on the app for pickup, another person went in before me to order at the counter. When I went to pick up my order I took a few seconds to make sure everything was there and that person was still waiting when I left and the employees were in the back chatting it up. This was my first time at this specific location and let's just say I'm not interested in going back soon.

I ordered a very large steak and cheese, and wanted the Rosemary. Parmesan was told they didn’t have it. The next person in line asked for the same bread and they got it.

The Best Jersey Mike’s we’ve been to! Everyone (5-6 people) working as a Team, as people continuously came in. We’ll definitely be back and drive 20 minutes even though we have one 5 minutes away from our home

We stopped in for lunch today. The very first thing we ordered was salad. Then we ordered a sandwich. Skipping forward, they were entirely out of silverware. It would have been nice to know that right away. But no.Instead we ordered soft drinks and paid for our meals which we fully intended to eat there. That's when they told us that they were out of silverware.This was at 10:30 this morning so we had to either wait 15 minutes for Chipotle to open and walk over there to get a fork and knife or grab our food and drive back home. This was our first stop of many but we were forced to drive back home to eat our lunch. If we'd planned on that, we wouldn't have ordered soft drinks.All in all, this was a terrible experience. So long ever going back to JM in Cave Creek.
