This is the best McDonald's I've been to since I was a kid when McDonald's was actually good ( and no I dont frequent McDonald'sor travel around eating them but ive been to many in my life). It's a 5 star review for McDonald's not mortons to be clear. But the food is always hot and fresh. Whoever is complaining about the wait should just go down the road and get some heat lamp food and soggy fries. But it's worth any wait they have if your eating mcdonalds anyway in my opinion. This McDonald's is managed very well. Hope they don't change a thing

Location does not have menus inside to discourage customer ability to place an order without using a kiosk. Kiosks are known to be covered in bacteria and worse. I'm not interested in using a kiosk. Furthermore if I and other customers are expected to spend 2-10x more time placing our order I expect an employee discount applied to kiosk orders. Thus: 1 star from me! Ridiculous location. Absolutely zero understanding of customer service. Get menus. Until then; Franchise location owners are absolute clowns! ?

I live just down the street from this location and was happy to see it open recently, but my order is incorrect about 75% of the time and they pull you up to a second window when you’re the only car in line to try to cheat their drive-through times which is just silly

The slowest service I have ever had at a McDonald’s, no one else is in line except me and they have me go park in the parking lot for 20 mins when all I ordered was a bigmack meal. No one else came while I was waiting.

First time using the app. The girl in the speaker was a little snippy with me when I didn't know what the code was. Everywhere else uses your name. When pulling up to window I got a hand out the window with bag while worker was having a personal conversation with coworker. No greeting or a single word on order.
