I go to this location every weekend and get the same thing PB&J Chai parfait. The girls that work there are so sweet and give great customer service.
I went in on Sat 11/23 around noon. After taking a few bites I noticed the parfait was warm and did not taste right. I threw it out. 2/ 3 hours later I started throwing up and continued most of the night. I emailed the store but have yet to hear back.
Update: I did receive an email back apologizing and a gift card was left in the office for me.
The smell in this place is horrible! I’m starting to wonder if the food is clean??? Been going here almost everyday for close to a year. The staff is AMAZING, but it smells like very strong disgusting sewer so often that it may be worth the extra 5 miles to go to nektar at Desert Ridge. It’s too bad. We buy juice to be healthy but it is not healthy to be breathing that - gross! I guess the owners don’t care if they lose business…lots of other nektars.
