First 10 minutes there was no music of any sort playing. Then finally some music came. Then eventually there was live music that didn't fit the atmosphere at all. They charge you for chips and salsa. They were out of two different beverages we tried to order. They would not let us order anything a la carte. Foot wasn't bad but overall a pretty odd dining experience.

Ofrendas was very disappointing when we ate there with friends. The place is a really cool place with lots of character. But! My husband ordered a screwdriver and they had no OJ. So then he ordered a vodka 7 and got soda. So he told the server and they again sent the wrong drink. Someone else ordered a Mexican beer and they were also out of that. On top of it our server was terrible. Two out of 4 dinners were served Luke warm almost cold. And there were hardly no people in the restaurant so not sure what the problem was. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Recently moved to this part of town and the restaurants do not disappoint. Usually go to La Cocina but was booked. This Mexican Restaurant came up as an alternative. Love the restaurant itself and the food was fantastic. I had mole enchiladas. I have rarely had good mole out of Mexico. Our waitress was from Mexico so I valued her opinion. She said it was excellent if you like traditional mole with coco. It did not disappoint. Loved it. The chips and salsa flight was exceptional as well. I like that they charge a few bucks for it so you don't overdo it. I did not have a cocktail but my friends did and they Looked beautiful. Definitely going back.

The restaurant is beautiful and the decor is great but turn down the AC, it was freezing in there. Very friendly staff very attentive probably because there were only 4 tables. The mole was great and the salsa trio was as well

Delicious!! We had the queso fundido which was soooo good! Ordered a quesadilla, carne asada tacos & toritos. All food was amazing. Service was great! Decor was cool! Would go back!

This was a great authentic mexican restaurant with great atmosphere. The waitress we had was incredibly attentive. Food was awesome, I had the best mole ever. The enchiladas were equally as good. I would recommend.

We had a nice dinner. Food was really good, although portions were rather small. The only suggestion I would have would be for the server to come back and check on us more than she did. (Do you want another cocktail? Do you need more water? Etc.) I think there was only maybe five other tables when we were there, so I didn't understand the lack of attention. All this being said, I am sure we will return.

The 5 of us loved our dinners. I had the seafood enchiladas and the dish was one of the best I've ever had. The restaurant is beautiful and service was spot on. The only issue was the AC was not working and on a hot May evening, it was very stuffy and sweaty... but a few cold beers made things right. I'm looking forward to going back again, hopefully once the place is cooler again.

The website says happy hour was all day Sundays so we wanted to check them out. Got there at 11 and was told their website is wrong and HH didn't start till 2. We left. Ambiance was awesome and that's the main reason we came but I'm not spending twice as much for a margarita when the website promised otherwise!
As always, excellent food, friendly and attentive service. It's one of my favorite restaurants and a true neighborhood gem.
