I created an online order for a Large Pie with some Toppings, an 8-piece Lemon Pepper and an 8-piece Hot Wings with Blue Cheese. The system responded with a 12-minute ready time. I arrived in 20-minutes, however the door was locked with no sign of any life inside. I called the store, no less that 34-times with no answer and an automated sytem that took me in circles with no option to speak to a human being (because they did not pick up.) I drove accross the street to do some shopping as I continued to call, and someone finally picked up (45-minutes after i first arrived at the store.) I explained the issue, they did not seem to care and said they were open. I picked up my 53-minute old, cold order and realized the they screwed up some of the order when I arrived home. I did not receive my Lemon Pepper Wing (2-8-piece Hot Wings instead with Ranch instead of Blue Cheese.) The wings were not well done as requested, but I had to warm everything up anyway, so I simply recooked them in the oven. The Pizza seemed pleasant enough. Strange way to operate a business 🤔

writing this before i'm even finishing my pizza - i didn't catch the name of the woman working (3/17 around 7pm) but wanted to give a shoutout. she seemed to be running the show solo, taking and making all the orders. i picked up my pizza and couldn't help but check to see how good it looked once i got to the car and it blew away expectations. girl what!! got home, three slices in and i'm happy to report that it tastes as awesome as it looks. give her a raise, she's the hero of the day

I called and placed a order 2/3/25 at 9pm for one large pepperoni pizza and one small cheese pizza. The pizzas looked amazing, very appealing. The pizza was VERY GREASY. I smashed the entire small cheese pizza except two slices. It was pretty good pizza. I like Papa Johns.

These guys work hard to make it right. Great team here never a problem, well once they had to make it a large cuz they were out of medium dough. Lol.

Place is garbage, multiple orders now I order 2liter soda deal and they are routinely out so they give me 2 20oz bottles for the 2liters I order which isn't the payed for amount so I'm being cheated UPDATE: not only do they cheat you out of what you order by giving you 2 small bottles, they don't give correct amount. I paid for 4 2liters and I got roughly 2.5 and the food isn't cooked thoroughly a lot of times. they constantly use door dash who's drivers can't seem to find my house with the aid of a gps and basic understanding of how roads work. It really annoys me that this location can be soooo bad that it needs to rip people off. Just recently placed an order, they were out of half of it and I would have canceled but they never refund the money, they just steal it.

They do not know how to make pizza. They have pizza-like good products. Simply bad.

I placed an online order and didn't pay enough attention to my pickup time. It turned out that I placed the order for the following day. Destiny, the employee helped cancel that order and start a new order in less than 30 minutes. She was very pleasant and helpful. Destiny, thank you. You're the best ?

Worst wings ever! Ordered well done Flabby and fatty. Even the boneless were soft and not crunchy at all.

They used to have their own drivers and delivery was good and the drivers WORKED for Papa Johns and had some dignity. Now they outsource it to companies like uber eats where the delivery is slow, cold and sometimes a weird sketchy person delivering the food PLUS they tack on ridiculous sur charges. Uber Eats has ruined delivery.

My family and I got a pizza last nite and just wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank the fine people here for their care and concern for their patrons. They must have taken a guess that someone in my family uses smokeless tobacco, and made the assumption that someone here would probably have a dip after eating and decided to save us some time and included it in our pizza. That level of thoughtfulness for their customers really shows! The only problem is that my 13y.o. son got the piece, and as he hates my actual tobacco use, he will never eat at any of this chain's locations for the rest of his life. He even stated "usually I like papa john's dips, but not that one". I am a Skoal long cut kinda guy and will never knowingly give money to a fine cut kinda place, the wife also hates smokeless tobacco and will never return to this chain. I only gave 1 stars due to the fine cut, maybe when people order they should be given the choice of tobacco in their pie. Keep up the good work folks, just give a "no tobacco" option.Almost forgot, when my wife called them about this, these good folks were so humble they didn't want any credit and tried giving it to the delivery service. Having worked in a pizza shop when I was young, I kinda have an eye and can tell this level of service gets baked in from the start.
