Pay extra for toppings and don’t get extra toppings. Came home twice with someon else’s pizza. Last night was overloaded with sauce. They’re very inconsistent. I will find a another pizza place.

I ordered curbside pickup and tipped at the time of my order for this service. I arrived at the location 2 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Since I had my children in the car, I waited for 5-10 minutes for the order to be brought out. I watched two employees socializing inside by the register. I eventually unbuckled my kids and went inside to pick up my order that had been sitting there ready the whole time. The pizza was decent for the price, but that was disappointing "curbside" service. I wish I could rescind my tip since no curbside service was ever delivered.

This business is completely perplexing. I responded to purchase a "Rancher" pizza which is big in the mid-west, but no longer on most Arizona menus. Our old Anthem location understood the ingredients and made it without issues. Unfortunately, they closed and we made the trip to the listed store. This location was absolutely clueless. They said they did not have the "card" for the Rancher so the owners would not allow for the pizza to be made. The associate made the $23 take and bake pizza anyway and I was happy for her level of service. She said the pizza wouldn't be made again so I inquired why I couldn't pay for a "create your own" and pay $4 more for the pizza we only want to select specific toppings. She said that would probably work or we could do the Tuesday $12 unlimited toppings for the same price that we would literally pay double for any other day. As a customer, I can't give you simple business advise, but this mathematical equivalency makes absolutely no since. We won't be returning here only because of complete incompetence. I sure hope the owners change to understand customer service and the value of money.

I have been going to Papa Murphy's for years. Recently the crust has been tasting not so good. Not sure if they changed the recipe but it definitely is not as good as before. Please bring back the original recipe!

All I can say is WOW!!!! With the previous owners, our pizzas had barely any toppings. I wrote a bad review and hadn't been back. Today I walked in, got a Cowboy pizza and was topped the way a pizza should be. I can't see any crust in the middle. Thank you to the new owners. Because of them I will become a regular customer again!

Can't get anyone to call me back. Had a huge problem with an online order placed 3/11/2022. Went to the store in person but was told the person who handles on line refunds wasn't in the store. The employee on duty said he would text the manager. Never heard a word. Then I called back twice and was told the regional manager would call me back. No one called. This is a local store serving a local customer. A customer that purchases regularly 2 or 3 times per month. I dont understand why a simple call back is such a problem. I am a disappointed customer looking for a resolution to a valid concern.
