Wow! Perhaps the best Thai food in the valley! This restaurant has only been open for 5 months and we’re sorry we didn’t find it sooner. A bit of a drive for us, but worth going out of our way. Some Highlights: the eggplant, pad see ew, parang curry, spicy chicken wings. Really everything was superb. I wish we had taken some photos, but food was gone too fast. Do yourself a favor… eat here!

I had two meals here in the last 24 hours - the fact that I came back for a second meal should already show you this’ll be a favorable review:

Last night I enjoyed the yellow curry tofu (spice level 2) with white rice. Now for perspective, I’ve traveled through Europe, India, Mexico, the USA and Thailand. Lat nights food plus today’s (the salmon dish, also spice level 2) were the best yellow curry tofu and the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had

Vegetarian options: Most items on menu are vegetarian, some are vegan. Can add tofu or vegan chicken.

Dietary restrictions: GF and Vegan options available

Parking: Plenty of spots

Kid-friendliness: High chairs available

Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door entrance, ADA bathroom. The owner’s husband uses a wheelchair

One of the best Thai places I've eaten at! I have come here several times and loved the meals each time. I eat at a lot of Asian places and the one issue I have with them is that the food tends to be oily and lack an impact with the flavors (they're bland). The flavor of the food at Pure Thai is amazing especially when you up the spice level. You get a wonderful blast of flavor that is not overwhelming and sits pleasantly on the palette. Additionally, the texture of the food is easy to chew and goes down smoothly. For the Pad Thai, I like that the noodles are not saoking in sauce because that means the flavors are actually cooked into the food than just run off it. The Pad See Ew is amazing and I always love ordering the Satay Chicken. This is our go-to Thai place in the neighborhood. I love seeing high quality Asian restaurants start appearing on this area. It is much needed!

We ordered carry out Thursday evening, 11-14. This was our first visit, and like other reviewers, we were hoping for a nice place, reasonably close which offers good food at fair price.

Our ordered consisted of four items including Salad rolls with avocado, PT Rolls, Pad Thai with pork and Fried Rice with pork. Comments on each:

-Salad rolls. Big disappointment. This is billed as containing mixed vegies. There were no vegies. They must have forgotten. The picture shows this offering deconstructed and essentially only lettuce.
-PT Rolls. Very good. Cooked nicely with good crisp and the cream cheese filling spot on.
-Pad Thai with pork. Good taste and texture but no egg at all. Must have forgotten again. Plenty of pork. Overall acceptable presentation.
-Fried Rice. If you like plain rice with a ton of onions, this is the dish for you. Also with egg, but no egg to be found. Maybe they disintegrated on the way home? A few scallions stood out with the green color, and the tomatoes were actually two cherry tomatoes. Kind of odd.

All in all, some good, some not so and the feeling they are trying to cut food costs by leaving some items out. Perhaps other menu items are outstanding. This first visit left a bit to be desired.

This is our fourth visit and my first review. I should’ve done it earlier. Everything is fabulous, if we could give it more than five stars we would. We have tried five different things on the menu each and everything is spot on. It’s my new place to bring friends and family. If you haven’t been here you have to try it.

Service was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, even though I was just there to pick up some food real fast as I am a AC technician I don’t have the luxury of sitting and eating my food. I have to take it to my van. I ordered the salmon and it has to probably be one of the best salmon I’ve ever had She thought I was crazy because I wanted two pieces but I am so happy I got two because I would’ve been sad. If I only got one I asked for level three they give you options from one to five really wish I would’ve said five.

We tried it twice and neither time was any good. Overly sweet and not authentic in any way. My child, who has never turned her nose up at a potsticker, couldn’t even eat them. It’s unfortunate - we were so excited for a local Thai place.

I am so excited to have a Thsi restaurant in the neighborhood. I ordered some favorites like the yellow curry and they even customized it for me per my request. It was delicious!

I was very excited to see a Thai restaurant in the area and this place did not disappoint! The service was the best that I have experienced in a LONG time. And, so far, everything I have tried has been authentic and delicious plus I love their sides of chili and lemon oil!

We ordered 2 Pad Thai. One with chicken and one with shrimp. They both had a odd fishey flavor to them. Almost like they made the shrimp first and it was almost bad and then used the same pan to do the chicken or they added way too much fish sauce. Both were so dry and lacked flavor other than the fishey flavor. I have had Pad Thai at other restaurants and I know how it's supposed to taste. I really wanted this place to be great. The noodles were so dry and lacking sauce. They stuck together and they were difficult to even eat because it was clumped together and couldn't separate to take bites. I am not sure if they are just not adding enough oyster sauce or they over cooked the noodles. The chicken was like rubber. I won't pay $16 to $17.00 for this level of food.

Party of 6, everyone’s dish was like a work of art. Delicious, comforting, authentic Thai dishes. Definitely will be back to try more on the menu.
