Ray's Famous Pizza Cave Creek

Picked up a large pizza last night. Was very disappointed. I don’t think it was cooked fresh. It tasted steal, as if it sat for a good while and was heated over and over. Really was not worth $21.00.

After #1 Brothers Pizza closed down on Cave Creek Rd. and Desert Willow, I was on the prowl for the best pizza slice in the valley. After much traveling and tasting, I finally found this Ray's pizza. Two brothers run this family business and know how to make a delicious New York style cheese pie. Perfect cheese/sauce ratio, crispy thin crust, truly #1! Not only that, their calzones, subs, and monster pizza are fantastic. Great local pizza joint I 100% support. Try it!

Disgusting place! What pizza shop doesn’t have pizza out for slices. When you order 3 slices of pizza and you walk in and it looks tired, red chairs are ripped up, completely empty front desk counter. Took 15 minutes to get 3 slices of pizza! Thats absolutely rediculous! Tables were dirty, employees don’t clean here and saw the employees using their bare hands touching food ewww totally against health and safety regulations

This pizza is grossly over greasy. Tried them twice. Same thing both times. Just nasty greasy. But they do have good salad.

we went for our 1st time last week ordered calzone and sausage/spaghetti homemade amazing tasted like old family recipes!!! the best we’ve had since moving here -then the owner gave us pizza to try to take home the portions are huge, so good!! love the family feel , very welcoming a must !! the food and price are so great!!can’t wait to go back we’re going to make this our go to for authentic italian, Thanks guys!!!!???

If you like legit, New York style pizza with zero flop, this place is for you. I am a big fan of very hot pizza and also a crust that is firm that does not flop at all and Ray's fits the bill perfectly here. They sell by the pie and by the slice and have a very doable lunch special.

Parking: Located in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking.
