First I ordered a thin crust and they made a Double crust, 2nd they put so much cheese on it, the cheese is sliding off as a slab of cheese. It's terrible.

Our deep dish Chicago pizza was frankly a deep disappointment. The crust was thick making the pizza taste like crust only because the toppings were infitisimal small and the sauce was a very thin layer. Do not know if Rosati’s on Tatum is representative of all their restaurants. I hope not. For $37 for one large pizza not worth it

Good food; always make sure we one meal here when we are in the Valley. While it might not be “great” it certainly is worth checking out. The pizza is particularly good.

We attend the Tatum and Dynamite on Tuesdays for Trivia. We have a group of 6-8 and Adrena remembers us and our drink orders.
It’s a no frills sports bar to grab a quick Happy Hour meal and catch a game. If you are looking for a place with a very casual, sporty, laid back atmosphere this is the place. NOTE: They currently do not have Peacock for those games televised.
Happy Hour is 3-7pm and allows you to select pizza, hotdogs, sandwiches or pasta for very reasonable prices.
Do not expect a 4 or 5 Star restaurant because it’s a sports bar.
We did order a cheese deep dish pizza for take out and it hit the spot. Have only eaten a calzone, Italian beef, salad and cheese bread so no experience with their thin pizza, hotdogs or pasta.
Rosati’s has to be in the conversation for worst Italian food. Ordered chicken parm with fettuccini, 2 meatballs on the side. I received 2 meatballs with penne, no chicken. The pasta was so overcooked you could hardly pick it up with a fork. Meatballs processed and tasteless. Disappointing.

Order the thin cross sausage tonight. I grew up in chicago and had many friends that worked at rosadis's, while in chicago ordered it all the time. I was expecting the same here, but was disappointed. The crust was super pale and didn't look cooked at all. Also the cheese looked really undercooked. Anyone from chicago knows you need more brown on your cheese for a more well done pizza.
