Best real pizza on the North side of town. We come here a couple times a month and it never disappoints.

Several items on the food order were delayed and delivery and we had to go to the bar to ask for what was missing the green peppers were raw and chopped up instead of sauteed how they should be on aChicago style Italian beef sandwich. I ordered a bourbon which was priced high and seemed almost watered down.

I am trying to get $31.40 back from duplicate order placed on 12/22. I have tried to patronize this local restaurant but it is always something. Chris the owner needs to resolve this issue. All I am hearing is excuses and lies. Customer service is nonexistent at this restaurant.

First time in here I tried wings and their home pizza, I was craving for wings, but the wings were too dry and pizza was so crispy over cook I’ll say was tough to taste ingredients, bar tender/ waiter lack on communication about how long the pizza will take to cook till I ask almost 30 minutes later, very bad experience! Her customer service is very poor! Not mentioning that she accidentally on her rush drop a fork over my phone and just rushed to hand out the box I asked for, she never asked about the food taste!

On my way home from a long day, I goofed and called the wrong location. When I walked in, the hostess obviously couldn’t find my order, which was all my mistake. She was really nice. I called the location on Alma School and Dynamite that I called by mistake, and apologized up and down for calling the wrong location. He was also very nice, and told me not to worry about it. The bartender, however, was extremely rude. She spoke to me like I was a child, and scolded me for not seeing their store is listed as “Tatum” and not “Dynamite”. I noticed she was nice to everyone else in the bar, so clearly my presence offended her. She was only nice when she dropped the bill for the drink I asked for while I was waiting patiently for my food. Again, I acknowledge that it was my mistake for calling the wrong place, and I appreciate everyone else being so nice and understanding, as everyone makes mistakes, with the exception of the bartender who clearly must be perfect.

First I ordered a thin crust and they made a Double crust, 2nd they put so much cheese on it, the cheese is sliding off as a slab of cheese. It's terrible.

go to Chicago pizza
Our deep dish Chicago pizza was frankly a deep disappointment. The crust was thick making the pizza taste like crust only because the toppings were infitisimal small and the sauce was a very thin layer. Do not know if Rosati’s on Tatum is representative of all their restaurants. I hope not. For $37 for one large pizza not worth it
Great place, tremendous staff, great service!
Good food; always make sure we one meal here when we are in the Valley. While it might not be “great” it certainly is worth checking out. The pizza is particularly good.
