I had a horrible experience in this location!! bought coffee, asked for 4 water cups they said no only 2 waters, I said ok I will buy Four Water bottles which I did and then asked can I have four ice cups they said no I told them I'll buy the cups and ice she say nope can't do that. I've had Starbucks for the past 15 years and never have I come across this type of behavior!
Save your trip to another Starbucks!

I literally come here EVERYDAY today I was met with so much attitude. Wyatt interrupted me while I was speaking on the intercom with the sweet other lady. It’s so strange to me how I order first and I get told to come in and wait for my drinks when I’ve never had to do this before. I literally pick up the same amount of drinks every day. It’s not my fault, you open and don’t get to the drinks right away. Literally wasting my time. Maybe you should come in and prep earlier. Or the night before.

Edit. Apparently there’s a new company policy that started TODAY. Mobile orders will not be given to you at the drive thru even tho the app has this option. They will make you wait, so they can make other drinks before yours.

This location would be a 5 star, but the access to this location is terrible. There should be another drive through lane, or an additional window to accommodate the amount of traffic that this location gets. Their staff is pretty good for the most part. However, most are young or maybe newly trained; so it’s a mixed bag for customer experience.
Check it out!
We just hope that they create more entrances to their cafe.

Can I just take a moment to thank Shelby for her AMAZING customer service? I came into the store on 7/20/24. At that time, this Starbucks location was dealing with the aftermath of the CrowdStrike outage that wreaked havoc on many businesses. I can't remember the exact problem they were having -- I know the drive thru was open, up and running -- but they were unable to process payments in-store as fully as usual. I was struggling like a Neanderthal to use my digital Starbucks Card in my Apple Wallet (cyber isn't my strong suit). Shelby was SO VERY PATIENT with me, and even tried to help me troubleshoot my issue, walking me through different ways to access my account and balance. She ultimately *did* figure out my problem, but I wasn't going to be able to use my Starbucks balance for that day's transaction. Shelby very kindly went to some trouble to enable me to use an alternate method of payment, saving my coffee date with my friend, and making me feel like a valued customer. Thanks again, Shelby!
