This location would be a 5 star, but the access to this location is terrible. There should be another drive through lane, or an additional window to accommodate the amount of traffic that this location gets. Their staff is pretty good for the most part. However, most are young or maybe newly trained; so it’s a mixed bag for customer experience.

Can I just take a moment to thank Shelby for her AMAZING customer service? I came into the store on 7/20/24. At that time, this Starbucks location was dealing with the aftermath of the CrowdStrike outage that wreaked havoc on many businesses. I can't remember the exact problem they were having -- I know the drive thru was open, up and running -- but they were unable to process payments in-store as fully as usual. I was struggling like a Neanderthal to use my digital Starbucks...
