Worst Starbucks order ever! They need to retrain their employees. I got a mocha cookie Frapp and it was nothing like I normally get. It had fat ice chunks in it and it was almost white. Not dark brown. Absolutely ridiculous

The guy behind the counter doesn’t make espresso based drinks after 2 PM. Went in here two days in a row and he closed down extremely early for a Starbucks and told me he can’t make anything espresso based which is basically everything on the menu.

Have had repeated incidents of rudeness and was ignored today at the deli and teeter with rudeness at checkout and not given monopoly tickets will not be going back. I work in Cave Creek and live in Phoenix so this location has been convenient for years but I will not continue to do business here.

100% satisfied every time, staff is nice, always get my order right and occasionally suggest things when I debate on what to order. I love how they ask me about my day while you wait for coffee or food.
