I ordered online thru the app and I ordered an oreo footlong cookie and I got a regular chocolate chip. Wasn't going to go back after long day at work. This is the 2nd time they've messed up an order. Never going back!

We got a tuna sandwich for my daughter on Wednesday and not even 24 hours later she became tremendously sick. Doctors are certain it is food poisoning. This was the last thing she ate and only food that wasn’t the same as the rest of the family therefore we are certain it came from this purchase.

Went in today with my son to get two 12" subs and realizes later that they charged me $50 for the 2 subs. This is ridiculous for two Subs and the subs sucked! I called and they verified that their employee over charged me and told me that the manager will call me and reimburse me for their employees screw up. Still waiting for the manger to call.

I’ve been here twice and both times the bread was stale & toppings were old/mushy (tomato and cucumber). This 2nd time the cold cut trio meat was also old and grey in color, not pink anymore. Eww.

There is a bunch of teenagers visiting one of the workers there. He obviously still didn’t know how to make sandwiches. And even forgot to toast them . Plus, the ice machine was down.

They do not "take orders over the phone". Even when the sandwich has only. Certain ingredients. Lost business due. To inept employees.
