This is a Hopping place all the time there is limited seating inside but lots of feeding outside if it's not a rainy day there's plenty of tables. The food is quite amazing they do a good job here.

This place is wonderful, super friendly and they serve cold draft beer! Since in AZ, draft beer seems to be hard to find...The food was delicious, quick and friendly service. We had an early dinner and it was great. We will probably come back to try breakfast. It's located in the Red Truck Plaza in Cave Creek in the back of the plaza. The vibe was 70's 80's rock posters and art. We liked it a lot.

Might be a good idea to walk around with the ice tea pitcher to fill tea. Our server took my and a strangers (was out on a women's lunch) glasses away. I could not know for sure i got my glass/straw back. The woman next to me had a cough so could not even drink my refill.

Grotto is dependable, high quality food and super friendly service. Their portions are consumer friendly, they add value and of course the ambience both inside and out is amazing. We had the veggie sandwich on grain bread and a beautiful salad with nuts, fruits, and the portions were much worth the prices paid. This is a well operated cafe with something for everyone and our "go to" whenever we are in Cave Creek. We are grateful for Grotto, I hope it continues to perform this way

This place was solid. Good ambiance lots of places to sit outside which was great to feel that AZ warmth as a visitor. We came on a Saturday and it was busssssay! But they moved quickly and food came out in less than ten mins. We all got Grotto bowls which were good. My quarrel is that (I came here twice on my trip) the first time I got the bowl they left off the cheese, and the second time I got veggies and chorizo as the meat/an add on and no chorizo! Cheese left off - fine, because the green salsa it comes with was fuego, but chorizo - how sad. Nothing extravagant but did the job and cold brew was solid. Good customer service.

This was my first visit to the Grotto, it is very popular, and therefore busy! The patio is dog friendly which I love, they even have special treats in the mailbox for your furry friends! The food came out fast, I had a BLT, the bacon was cooked perfectly, tomatoes were ripe, and the lettuce crisp! It was delicious! Hubby had the Cuban sandwich, he really enjoyed it as well! I subbed the chips for sweet potato fries, they tasted house made, and were some of the best I've had! Service was attentive, even though they were busy, nothing was overlooked.
