Food is ok. Bottom line is, if you don't APPEAR to be someone they would hang out with, they will purposely allow you to sit there with no fork, or no water. Done experiments just to see how it goes down. If they don't like you, you will leave a little angry. Guaranteed. I could say more, but as long as they don't reply to this, I won't 😁.

Don’t forget your cash. No problem if you need an atm it’s in there.
I loved my chicken fried steak breakfast.
Grandsons enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. We ate on the front porch. A roadrunner visited us too.

The best local spot in all Phoenix/Cave Creek area. We drive 30+ minutes every weekend for this special gem. Real people, amazing food and the staff is family. Susan. Brandy, Linda, Lisa are all beautiful humans with nothing but love and kindness (good old sass too). The biscuits and gravy are the best in the valley, the potatoes are perfection and the pancakes are exactly how a pancake should be-delicious and not filled with bougie ridiculous ingredients.
