Food is always good but they closed way to early than there hours said. It said closed at 11pm and I got there at 10:30 and they were shut down no lights then a man screamed from the window saying we’re closed very rudely

I tried Wendy’s biscuits & gravy hoping it was at least eatable and it wasn’t. Totally disgusting gravy but the biscuits seemed good if that “gravy” wasn’t involved. Really Wendy’s improve it or remove it.

don’t order doordash from here. the people working here will not make your order. they wasted an hour of my time and the time of FIVE dashers.. unbelievable. how do you let five people come for an order and not a single one gets it? the people here hate their job and need to be replaced by ppl that won’t screw others over.

Going through the drive-thru feels like a gamble most of the time. Nine times out of ten, my order isn’t right. How hard can it be? I order three items, and only two make it into the bag. I order six, and while I get six, two of them are completely wrong. Who’s running the show? Order a 10-piece chicken nugget with ranch? Don’t even bother expecting the ranch. Walk inside with your toddler to order a plain cheeseburger for a 3-year-old? They’ll ask if you want that as a Dave’s Double or Triple. Seriously? My kid can’t eat that! Craving a Vanilla Frosty and a burger? You’ll probably end up with a soda and some fries. It’s like no matter the day or time, the people working there are totally clueless!

you can always tell when your putting someone out by interrupting their phone play to place an order , food was cold , cheese not even kinda melted and the lobby looks like a hospital room
Yesterday I went through the drive through and when then told me how much my order cost i told them no the screen said 11.98 and the drive through person was completely rude about it I asked for a recipe with my purchase pulled over and they charged me more for someone else's order but gave me the right food so I went in and asked for a refund they gave me a refund that I still have yet to get. The employees here are completely rude and the managers don't do anything to solve a problem. I come here multiple times before using the drive thru and I've had the window shut in my face asking for different sauces and just have always left disappointed

I called this store. Asked if they served burgers during breakfast. They said yes, that I would have to wait just a little bit. I said that would be fine. My employee drove over 30 minute. Drive for him to get to the store. And they tell him they don't do. Burgers during breakfast, very disappointed waste of time for my employee to drive all the way over there will never go to Wendy's ever again.

I was blown away this morning by the friendly service and amazing breakfast. I arrived at the drive through 6 minutes after they opened. I ordered a Maple Chicken sandwich for myself and a Sausage and Egg sandwich for my husband. The gentleman who took my order had a wonderful and welcoming attitude. I was greeted with a big smile at the pay window and received my order almost instantly. Omg! Both sandwiches were perfect. Hot, crispy and delicious. Well done to the early shift at this location. You helped change a tough morning into a great way to start our day. Cheers!

Prices way up, but they keep making the portion smaller. I hadn't eaten at a Wendy's for a while, but now a large frosty is the size of what a small frosty used to be. They need to train employees to provide a SPOON with the frosty as you're handing it out the window. Instead, while waiting for food with no spoon, my frosty was melted.
Price Gouging used to be illegal!!! You're raking in billions in profits every year, and still making a smaller portion with higher prices. THEFT. GREED. UNETHICAL.
