Clean restaurant (seems new) and good food. The on-premises made root beer was delicious.
Got the pappa burger that was very tasty as were the very crispy fries.

Joshua is great. He's attentive. Today would have been my grandfather's 105th birthday. He loved root beer floats. It may sound funny, but I was here for a special reason today. He was born in 1919. I noticed a nice sign on the wall that says the business started in 1919. I had no idea. While I waited, Joshua came out to my table to explain he had to get some of my ingredients ready from scratch. I really appreciated that he let me know. I also noticed his patient, kind manner with customers and employees, and the way he leads. He made my day! Thanks, Joshua. William

We are from the mid-west and my daughter wanted to have A&W for her birthday. They did not disappoint. Food was fresh, staff was great, they even sang happy birthday to her with a birthday float. We were all happy with the experience. The 4/5 atmosphere is only because itâs in a Walmart?

Would give NEGATIVE stars if I could. The time management is nonexistent for orders and the food/shakes are disgusting. My boyfriend shouldnât have to wait almost half an hour for just a shake when the cashier is just chilling next to the machine chit-chatting with one person. Do not waste your money at all at this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service tonight at this A&W. They got our food order wrong, and when my husband went to the counter to let them know, they were incredibly rude to him. We ordered a Double Papa burger combo (comes with fries) and asked for a side of cheese curds. We never got the fries and mentioned it to the gentleman who was out on the floor and he said he would check on it. But he never came back. We finished eating and walked up to the counter and said that they actually never gave us our fries. âBrandyâ showed terrible customer service by saying âOK thanksâ and dismissing us. Thinking, maybe she did not hear him, he repeated that he never got his fries. She again said âOK thanksâ and that was it. Real management needs to counsel her on her customer service skills.
