We chose this restaurant for our 10th anniversary dinner after looking forward to trying it for quite a while. Sadly, it was a disappointing experience. Partway through the meal, I found a hair in my pasta. While the dish was quickly replaced, the situation was handled very casually—no real apology, no acknowledgment of the issue, and to our surprise, we were still charged for the meal.
What was meant to be a special evening ended on a sour note. I emailed the restaurant directly afterward to share my concerns, hoping to resolve things privately, but I never received any response. That silence speaks volumes.
I normally don’t post negative reviews, but the combination of poor handling and being completely ignored afterward makes it hard to recommend this place—especially for a special occasion.
Lobster Ravioli with lemon hello bream sauce....to die for!
Excellent food and drink but over priced
Best Italian in AZ
The staff is phenomenal, the owner is a lot of fun and is very inviting, and the dining outside is nice. This was my second time visiting but I just haven't fallen in love with the food yet (my wife like it). Then again, there are a lot of seafood options and that's not my thing. I'm definitely go back, and hopeful I'll find that dish that I'll just love....
Charming atmosphere, great service, the food is so good and has a fun presentation. Always a great experience when we come here. Highly recommend seeing a reservation in advance.
Absolutely Phenomenal!!!!!
My wife took me here for mother's day I ordered the seafood paella which was almost $80 and my wife ordered the beef wellington $98. We were told that the Wellington would take at least 30 minutes, which we were okay with. But when it came out, it was nothing spectacular. And also, my rice in my paella, was hard. So after sitting and waiting the thirty minutes, we got go boxes, and I am going to just cook my paella at home, I guess.
Acqua Di’Mare is our favorite new restaurante in Chandler. Amazing food, very unique, great service. The Lobster pasta was great and beautiful. The Octopus is probably the best we have ever had. The Tiramissu and the the pasta were an experience on their on. We will definitely come back. The ambient is also so unique, great for a date night. Thank you Nicola, Rachel, Mary and team. We are looking forward to try the whole menu.
Need a Reservation don't bother driving an hour out of your way if you don't have a Reservation.

My husband and I enjoy trying new restaurants. Acqua Di’ Mare was outstanding. The server knew the menu and made excellent recommendations. Try the crab cakes, amazing‼️
My friend and I had been wanting to try this place out and we finally did! The owner visited all the tables and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommend
Wonderful atmosphere and service was amazing. Sadly they absolutely need a new chef. We got a pasta dish with a vodka sauce and the sauce and noodles were great but the chicken was dried out cubes of reheated overcooked chicken. Our Dad got the house seafood special pasta and it wasn’t edible. It only had one shrimp, 1 icky looking octopus, and mussels that were so fishy you couldn’t even stand to smell them. All in all a darling restaurant with a lot of potential but until they get a real chef, I wouldn’t recommend it! Over $200 for 3 people.
Top notch food and service. The filet en papiotte was so delicious. Short rib pasta was outstanding. Great place for a date
