This place has steadily declined in quality and customer service over the months. Use to be one of my fave spots to get Poki bowls I would pass up 4 different place to come to this location. Now this place has turned into a Version of chipotle increase of prices with smaller portions as if it’s going to take out their paycheck just to give you a full scoop you’re paying for! The attitude of this current staff is Not pleasant friendly and fun like the original crew when Monica was there. Doesn’t look as fresh anymore or never fully stocked. I think I’m finally going to part ways and find a better spot i love being that I eat sushi often. The only saving grace is the Store manager Colten. Hope he hires better workers soon. Us locals take pride in our sushi experience.

I have been here multiple times and have been to the location in Phoenix and in tempe. I have never been there in the morning that might be the reason but rice isn't fully cooked and it has a very odd taste almost as a chemical taste. Also all veggies and fish are pretty big pieces. Not satisfying at all. trying to reach out didn't get an answer I'm not sure if their phones are not working. Definitely not worh the $18 I paid for a plate

They give you a BEAST of a bowl! I’m obsessed with getting poke at different cities when we travel, and this was one of my faves so far! Service was so nice and kind, and had a great experience! *I put eel sauce on it with the spicy and house sauce and it was chef’s kiss*

When placing my order I asked if I could do half white rice half brown rice. The first time she made my bowl she gave me white rice/lettuce, I corrected her that I wanted half white/brown rice, she tossed the bowl into the trash and remade it but made it brown rice/lettuce. I corrected her again on what I wanted she rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the lettuce out of the bowl with her hand threw the lettuce into the trash and then didn’t put the sauce I asked for over the rest of the bowl like it was supposed to be. So I didn’t get the sauce I asked for on my bowl. When checking out she was just as rude and unprofessional as when making my bowl. Please review the camera footage and please correct your staff on how to treat customers and have professional conduct because she behaved wildly out of pocket. I will not be back to this location.

Jake was fantastic! I have food allergies and he made sure it was safe! This is one of the safest places for me to eat. And if it’s an allergen, I’m allergic to it. So safe, incredibly tasty!
I love Ahipoki! I did not love the service from a lady with green eyes. I believe she is the manager she needs to be better if she manages. Her attitude and service was not great. I will not be coming back. The food is great but her service was lame.

Been passing by Ahipoki for a minute now and now I am finally sitting here enjoying my build your own bowl! I came in about 30 minutes before closing and was warmly welcomed by the staff who told me it was no problem for me to stay and hang out while my car was charging. With a Chipotle like build to your hearts content along with a few special bowls, I decided to go with a build your own. For my base I got white rice and salad. And for my scoops I got the spicy shrimp and tuna. To add even more heat I got the creamy spicy sauce. They were super generous with this sauce, so my mouth was burning a little bit with each bite, but it was so delicious! Such a yummy way to end the day!
