I ordered an eggplant hero and all I got in the bread was 4 thin narrow pieces of eggplant. It looked like the pizza guy took a few strips that he put on the pizza and threw them into the roll. It looked like nothing was there. Very poor quality. Be wary of patronizing this place.

The place was clean but the meat ball sub was harrable and it was so small that I payed 10 bucks for small sub. With onley couple of meat balls. No sauce. The chef need to be talk to about food quality the bread was small and burnt

It was our first time to try Brooklyn V's and unfortunately, we were disappointed. The garlic knots had no garlic on them and appeared to have been reheated so they were overbaked. We ordered the Caesar salad which was lettuce with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of it. That's it and they gave us no Caesar salad dressing. The chicken Alfredo sauce was OK but the chicken tasted like processed chicken.

Asked for welldone got it very under cooked ask for extra cheese got a mess I love the pizza but come on people I order all the time and this is the 2nd time I'm very not happy with you guys and you all don't reply either to the complaints. I spend good money here as well

This was my second time here. The first time I ordered a pizza and a Meatball hero the pizza was very good the meatball hero didn’t care for. Tonight decided to order same pizza as I ordered previously with stuff shells and an antipasto salad. They told me when I ordered it would be 45 minutes to an hour so I got their at 45 min mark. I get there pay my bill and he finds my pizza on the rack. The stuff shells was on another rack and salad was on counter. I feel the box which wasn’t warm I than said “I sure hope the pizza is hot”. He said it should be. I get to my car open box and pizza was “cold” I take the pizza and stuffed shells back inside and tell him pizza is cold. He says sorry I will have them heat it up. I than open container of stuffed shells and it’s not hot it’s warm. By this time I’m trying to hold telling him the way I was feeling tho said “the stuffed shells are Luke warm can y at least put on ur rack that’s to be a warmer so it’s not cold by time pizza comes back” he did so. I’m than waiting and see a waitress getting a drink for customer with a to go container and where the leftovers go well she had container under her armpit. I’m thinking how gross. Someone’s food is going in that container you have holding under ur armpit? We’ll get the pizza take my stuffed shells and go home. The stuffed shells are now cold the pizza as u can see is overcooked and not even hot just warm. It was so hard u couldn’t chew it and they didn’t even cut the slices threw. It was awful! Than t anti-pasta salad… I’ve “never” had a bad salad. I mean how can this happen? The salami And mozzarella were cut in large pieces and they were all stuck together. So salad was large pieces of salad Mozzarella and salami, not even spread throughout the salad or on top of the salad just one clump mozzarella, and one clump of salami that was it.. I felt so awful as I had company here from Florida Couldn’t even eat the pizza the salad tried cutting up salad and separating the mozzarella and salami but at that time we had all lost our appetite. The shells I had in the oven but end up turning it off as we all decided just to make some sandwiches here with what I had in my house. In reality, they should’ve apologized and said let me make your order over again and we will deliver it. That’s what good customer service is not to have part of your order sitting on a warmer that doesn’t work and then only to get the pizza back that was cold to be warm and hard that you couldn’t even chew the pizza if you tried. I looked up the ingredients for The salad as I’ve never had an antipasto salad like this and see they don’t mention olives or any other ingredients that are usually on this type of salad, so I guess this is the way they make it, but at least they could’ve spread out the pieces of salami and mozzarella. And for the server that held a to go box under ur armpit while getting the customer a refill on their drink. Pls… dont hold to go food containers under ur armpit. Thank you.
