This smokehouse is the best for BBQ!

Honestly the meat was o.k. and coleslaw was decent.
I dont usually eat carbs but I decided to try Mac and cheese.
Very disappointing.
Not trying to knock this place because I wanted to like it but we really didn't care for most of it. The beans were good though.

This place serves the BEST smoked beef brisket sandwich EVER. Served on house made roll, with side of coleslaw.. use the original barbecue sauce.. and too it with the slaw.. AMAZING.

Shred the jackfruit at least , as a vegetarian , everything is alright

American Way Smokehouse is hands-down the best BBQ spot in Chandler! Tucked inside the Merchant Square antique mall, it's got a charming vintage vibe and some of the most delicious smoked meats around. The brisket sandwich is fall-off-the-bun tender, with rich smoky flavor, and the pulled pork is equally fantastic. I also loved the pastrami and tri‑tip sandwiches, flavorful, generous servings on soft buns. Bonus: they have an impressive selection of vintage bottled sodas and their cookies are phenomenal!

Service is fast and friendly, and the outdoor seating makes it a great stop while browsing the antiques. Whether you're in for lunch or grabbing takeout, American Way delivers quality BBQ with style. Highly recommend!

Just saw a cook walk out of the men’s restroom buckling his pants. Pretty sure he didn’t wash his hands. He then put on his apron and started working in the kitchen again!!!

Terrible service and dry, bland food. My son was a little indecisive when ordering and the employee was noticeably irritated. I would have walked out right then if it were just me but my son really wanted bbq. The food was almost as bad as the service was. Never coming back.

Incredible place! I wouldn't go anywhere else for BBQ. The staff was so friendly as well. I got a tri tip sandwich, and it was great! The meat wasn't dry and was packed with flavor.
