Protein bowl was ok, some of the chicken was dry. Flatbread was burnt and hard as a rock on the edges. Do not go here on a corporate credit card where you need a receipt… they become rude and do not provide the correct receipt multiple times. Unprofessional.

Ordered two salads ahead of time through the app. Items were ready as scheduled. Liked the Caprese, but familiar with the Salad & Go packed salads so was a little underwhelming on the portion. Fairly inexpensive though. Chicken Parm salad was not a repeat.

Tried Gilbert location. Quite a few bad reviews, but I went and it was all as usual!! My salad was even ready when I pulled up AND it was correct! Tasty as usual! Cobb salad with chicken!!

We've ordered here multiple times from DoorDash. this is the second time we haven't received our complete order from this location. very suspect and disappointing since it's always been the most expensive part of the orders. I like to support local businesses but this place makes it difficult.

Takes a very long time to have ur order taken and then get ur food. Don't go here if on a lunch break cuz u will nvr return to work on time. Food was tasty and reasonably priced.

We loved that this was coming in, especially considering they’re the ones that started salad and go and have healthier options via drive-thru. Unfortunately, there have been so many issues. The potatoes and rice tend to be quite undercooked, both in breakfast and bowls.
They usually forget at least one if not a few toppings or additions or sides, like avocado, garlic bread(half a piece of naan, over salted and oil and a hint of garlic flavor,) dressing, toppings etc. Getting a make your own bowl or adjusting toppings is troubling, as they have big issues with checking accuracy! So check your bags before you leave the drive-through window! It is so bad, we are shocked when they get it right.
Got another order wrong, so you got downgraded another star. Ordered a bacon, egg breakfast burrito, and got chicken. Not sure where the confusion is.

We used to LOVE the COD sandwich. It was our absolute favorite fish sandwich, delicious and filling and large, tarter good too and suddenly they stopped making it supposedly due to the fryer issue that has never been fixed from February 2025. They never updated the website and said they didn’t have it, which sucks making a trip all the way out. Telling us they had a fryer issue but never fixing it seems not so transparent. Please bring that back!
Crab was very small amount, had too many shells(watch your teeth) and was fishy.
Shrimp is usually good but seems overpriced for 4 pcs.

Breakfast- Coffee the first 2 times, was good, then it was like dirty water, we stopped getting it.
Bacon is good, flavorful, crispy.
French toast was good first when it opened, then became very dry, as if the egg was not included in batter -almost just toast.
The seasoned french fries for breakfast although good, is a very weird combo w/ breakfast. Wish they had served these with L& D instead.
Steak was good the first time and the second time it didn’t really taste like it had any seasoning on it and a little bit tougher, so I stopped getting it. But the in-laws really liked the breakfast burritos with steak.

Proper training and oversight of employees with cooking, checking accuracy and the bags before handing them to customers would be to everyone’s benefit. And also do whatever you need to do to make sure the rice and potatoes are cooked.

Very disappointed. I was so excited to try the new Plano, TX location. We ordered 3 chilled rolls (2 lobster, 1 crab) and made them all jumbo. If that is 70% more meat, I'd hate to see what a regular one looked like. Very little meat, and the lobster ones had shell bits. Wasn't worth the hype. I will try the other items on the menu before I decide for sure, but that was very disappointing.

Food and service was great, but the lids they use for their cups have tiny bits of plastic coming off of them. I can only imagine how much of it goes into someone’s body once they take a sip of their drink…

Too bad there is no zero. 45min in drive thru. Food sub par. Service gets a zero. They literally have no idea what they are doing.

The Salad and Protein bowls are fantastic and affordable. For someone that's constantly on the go it's great for simple healthy meal that tastes great.

They are so extremely rude we asked them repeat the order and all we got back was attitude. They gave attitude at the window. I went to this restaurant before 9 like it says online. I arrived at 8:30 and it was closed… they need new staff and NICER

SO good!!! Salad’s are fantastic, fresh grilled white breast meat not some weird processed stuff. A bargain for what you are getting!!!
