We came in on Tuesday for dinner. Food was great but the majority of the tables were dirty. It wasn’t busy so why can’t anyone clean up the dining area?

I want to acknowledge an excellent customer experience that I had today. A young man named AJ was working the drive through window. His polite and respectful demeanor was a welcome change from what I've experienced at some fast food locations. Keep up the good work AJ and Arbys!!!

Arby's new BBQ sandwiches are great. They use real smoked meat. I got the sweet sauce and it really good. I bought 1 pulled pork sandwich and 1 smoked brisket sandwich. I would highly recommend them

Visited 2/9/25 in the evening, ordered the special on he fish sandwiches. The fish was fresh and great! Not sure how long the special is on for but it’s totally a deal and great service the workers were really nice. 10/10

I came here to grab dinner for my family. Our order was correct, and our food was hot and delicious. Customer service and conversation was on point as well.

Came in today on 11/11/24, through the drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken bacon swiss sandwiches and I was rung in for 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. After checking my bag I came into the lobby to have the sandwiches replaced and a lady named Mindy told me that I was wrong and I ordered 2 crispy chickens, I left the store frustrated and she followed me outside to tell me she had found my receipt and it indeed was 2 chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches. As she was helping me at the register I couldn’t help but notice the stench of alcohol on her breath, and her behavior was very erratic. Eyes very red and glossy. She looked like a manager because of her uniform so I was in disbelief that she would come to work loaded. I come here often but I will be finding another place to give my business. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed and sad to leave my favorite Arbys location.

Never ordered. 4 staff at counter, 1st 1 said she just went on break, 3 behind laughed at 1 of their phones until 1 finally began questioning break girl on how she punched out. Really? Arbys had a 4 to 1 staff to customer ratio and still couldn't make sale. This owner should be embarrassed. I used to ring bell at Alma School rd location, now I won't go back!
