Open doors and sign clearly says open 24 hours they wouldn’t serve us and there was people in line told us after standing there they were the last customer after we walk out we call and say it says 24 hours and they finally said shift change

Watched an employee lick her finger twice! While preparing someone's order!!! The other employee just hated her life and barely spoke to us, apparently thought we could read her facial expressions. I understand it's at a truck stop location but this was just ridiculous.

Hey, I needed a water cup for my pup. Couldn't find his bowl. Fully expected to pay for a cup & they gave it to me for free. Great customer service! Ended up getting a snack just because... would recommend!

Food was terrible. I got the big cheesy hamburger with curly fries and burger was over cooked or san in the little container they had and it was just crumbling with every bite.lt's not something that you wanna spend 16 bucks on. There are better places to eat.

Eating here is questionable I didn't feel very well after I ate there last time and the soda fountains tasted like soda water and they needed to be changed more often than not eating here has made me have an upset stomach. It may be clean and they're very fast at getting your food to you but I don't know if there's something wrong with the meat or what but eat at your own risk.
Recommended dishes: Fries, Beef and Cheddar

First off the workers here are pretty horrible. The cashier Renee definitely hates her job and she lets you know it. As of right now I'm puking my brains out from eating at this Arby's. Will never return. Horrible food and horrible customer service. Get rid of Renee.

This is the first time I ever had an issue with the food, but my melts tasted like they were two days old, the roast beef had an odd flavor and the sauce was off. My jamaco shake was somewhere between vanilla and jamaco, and also had an odd flavor like whatever it was made in wasn't clean.
