They said the fryer takes 4-5 mins to cook the potato cakes. 10 mins go by after I paid, and they forgot about my order. My food was cold!!! Plus, I paid for the large size and only got 3 potato cakes. Mean while, a worker sat outside huddled in a corner smoking the whole time and the workers joked inside... Don't stop here in the mornings if you are in a rush. Total time wasted, approx 20 mins for cold food.

I ordered burger here Arby’s. But man who’s taking register he is very rude. And night shift manager lady also same thing. She just helps him. Doesn’t matter he is wrong. I told her check cameras then you know who’s wrong but she say no. So without check anything who she knows who’s wrong. She is not there that time. Both don’t know how to talk with customer.

Open doors and sign clearly says open 24 hours they wouldn’t serve us and there was people in line told us after standing there they were the last customer after we walk out we call and say it says 24 hours and they finally said shift change

Watched an employee lick her finger twice! While preparing someone's order!!! The other employee just hated her life and barely spoke to us, apparently thought we could read her facial expressions. I understand it's at a truck stop location but this was just ridiculous.

Food was terrible. I got the big cheesy hamburger with curly fries and burger was over cooked or san in the little container they had and it was just crumbling with every bite.lt's not something that you wanna spend 16 bucks on. There are better places to eat.

Eating here is questionable I didn't feel very well after I ate there last time and the soda fountains tasted like soda water and they needed to be changed more often than not eating here has made me have an upset stomach. It may be clean and they're very fast at getting your food to you but I don't know if there's something wrong with the meat or what but eat at your own risk.
