Place has gone insanely downhill. When we first started going here 5 years ago this Arby's was actually good and had really good service. As of lately, they can't seem to keep employees and the service is absolute garbage. It's no fault of the employee as he is literally the only person running the front counter, the drive-thru, and cooking all the food. Arby's really needs to get it together and figure out how to retain employees. It took us literally 15 minutes to get our food from the drive-thru because the only employee in the store was so overwhelmed with having to deal with the entire store by himself

First time going to Arby’s to try something new very bad service & workers didn’t care . I waited over 15min just to still get cold food & missing items. Food was not fresh .

I went thru the drive thru and it didn't take to long, it was later in the night. Food was fresh and delicious. I tried the new gobbler sandwich( the name kills me every time) and I must say after eating half I wasn't sure if buy it again. This morning I ate the other half and it was way better!!!!

Why the hell is the cashier so mad at the world for, it ain't nobody's fault you work there
EVERY LIGHT inand out of the building was ON! So generally I believed they were open. So I drove into drive thru craving a sandwich, got to menu and looked for about 45 seconds before I heard a loud thud. Looked up employee slammed open drive thru windows and yelled at me that they were closed. She proceeded to give me a dirty look as I drove passed the window. Why were all the lights on of the business is closed? I won't be going back and I live right up the street.

Really dry sandwich with no mayo on it and very little tomato. A BLT with cheese, bread with old. Not great!!!
