Waited over 5 minutes for my food which is fine. What’s not fine is after waiting that long my sandwich dry due to no condiments being on it and my order was missing a sandwich which was paid for. Besides the fries this would be my worst Arby’s experience.

Great location. Food was excellent warm and delicious. The staff is so nice and went above and beyond made sure i got the sauce i wanted and drinks and super helpful making sure i was satisfied.

So I just drove through arby's. I was going to talk to the manager on the phone, but the first time I called the number they answered but I got a busy signal, I called right back and no one answered the phone.This isn't the problem though. After I ordered I went to the the window. They ask if this was the right order. Yes, I said, then I asked for arby sauce, the girl said, there's some in the bag, I asked if there was more then 4 in the bag (since I got 4 sandwiches that's all they give). She just said there's sauce in the bag and I said, well, I would like more than 4 packages of arby sauce. That did not happen. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is really kind of a big deal when you get home and you're sitting down with four sandwiches and you don't have enough sauce to go around. Also I ordered 2 drinks with no ice. I asked for a carrying case. There was ice and I asked for no ice.
she handed me one drink and I said, oh, didn't you hear me say no ice? She took the drinks back, made them without ice. She handed me the 2 drinks, then handed me the carrying case. So not only was I sitting in my car holding 2 drinks, but I'm trying to put the drinks in the carrying case on the side of my car door the manager and the girl stood there and watched me through the glass window. They didn't even open the the window and offer help,Nothing, they just stood there and watched me. Would I give this restaurant a high rating? No.
I think this is the second time that I had problems with this manager and the restaurant and it's just rude to me. It's so wrong on so many levels to treat your customers drive through or not, how I was treated. All that I would have liked was some help putting the drinks in the carrying case or actually they should have put the drinks in the carry case before they were handed to me.
So not only did they not give me enough sauce of what I would have liked, they gave me stuff that I didn't even want or ask for, so the extra got thrown away. This may sound really silly To complain about, but it happens all the time.
Customer service had gone down hill so much is sad. The management isn't teaching these young employees anything other than how to be rude.
Just take the time to teach these servers, or should I say teach the ones that don't have natural common sense of not being rude. If the manager wants to be cool do it on someone else's time that's not what you get paid for.

I've always come to this Arby's my entire life and tonight as a disabled person they told me I needed to walk my ass into the restaurant to pick up my app order. I had never heard this before and it was quite rude that they had said it that way because I had already been waiting behind five cars for almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches ! When I asked if this was new they said please don't bother me. I'm just following orders. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I will never be back.

**Arby's: Where You Pay More for Less (and it's cold)**

If you’re craving a lukewarm disappointment served with a side of "whoops," look no further than Arby’s. My experience can best be described as an elaborate game of “how many ways can we mess this up?”

First, the food: my sandwich was barely cut in half—like someone started the job and said, "Eh, good enough." The fries? Half full. Apparently, portion control at Arby’s means controlling how much you *don’t* get. The meal was cold, which really added to the fine dining experience of eating sadness straight from the fridge.

The sauce? Not the one I ordered. And just two packets, because why would you ever need more than that? But the cherry on top was the complete lack of napkins. Who needs those, right? Apparently, Arby’s assumes I enjoy using my sleeves to clean up their mistakes.

All this for a price that made me question my life choices. For the cost of this meal, I could’ve gotten something warm, complete, and napkin-inclusive elsewhere.

Arby’s, you have the meats, but do you have your act together? Doubtful.

Went though the drive though and ordered a gyro meal, and a gyro by itself. We got home and only had one gyro and the meal. We tried calling to get this figured out and taken care of and the phone rang until the busy signal started.
