This cozy lil place is awesome!! We were greeted with smiles / like we were family at the door. We had longsilog & corned beef silog for breakfast on a weekday, and the owner (Lisa) came and chatted with us while we ate. She was very kind.
The food was delicious, comforting and served quickly. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant and conversation with Lisa was very reminiscent of my childhood home & spending time with mom. I'll be coming in again soon (with friends!) and trying out more of their menu.
Visiting from out of state and was craving for some Filipino food. The food was so good. We ordered 4 different dishes plus halo-halo-- almost finished everything. Portions were more than decent. Service was quick and attentive. We met the owners. They like to engage with customers in small conversations; a plus in my book.
Food was good except we didn’t get very much of the protein & veggies that were supposed to be mixed in. People were friendly. Annoying Santa disco music on a loop. Very clean dining area.
Food was very very delicious!!!!We love this place due to food are freshly cooked not like the buffet style restaurants. They’re quick and consistent with their taste. We are a regular family customer, you must try this restaurant. Liza is amazing person who attended to us. I highly recommend this place !!!!!!
What I love about this place is its authenticity. So I’m fine with the high prices. Promote the authenticity of Pinoy food, not the popularity of bringing in celebrities.

Not only is the food amazing, the service was amazing too. We made a mistake with our order and they went out of their way to replace our food and check in on us. Going to be coming here more often. Highly recommend the Bicol express!
Our first time here was not a good experience. They don’t know customer service- no smile, no greetings, and the cashier walked around serving other guests while we’re giving our order. Not even say “hold on a minute while I give this to that table.” It was 2 PM and the first 2 items we ordered were already out. “Breakfast all day” does not mean breakfast all day. Then we got half the order. No one will check up on you. We had to go up to them twice to get the rest of our food. Then it was another 15 minutes after asking. If u want refills on your drinks, u have to go up to them and feel like you’re bothering them. Just so weird and awkward! They don’t look at u or speak- just bad unfriendly customer service. Also overpriced for the amount of food and the quality of the food. We got 5 items for $90 to give u an idea. Never going back!

Unequivocally, the best Filipino restaurant we've ever enjoyed. Their lechon is off the chart and their sisig is worth the visit on its own. Their pancit was excellent. The desserts are also fantastic. We just walked out and I'm already planning what to order when we get back. The hospitality and service was also great, I felt like I was at my Lola's house.
