The food tasted great here, sinigang was good broth was hot, but the veggies were still a little hard but managable. The service was, ehh.. I stood at the entrance being the first time here never got greeted, finally made my way to the cashier lady serving food just gave me a mean look not even a hi or be with you ina second nothing. So I just stood there looking over the menu until another lady finally asked me what I wanted. I ordered a meal to dine in and a togo order. Even though I waited quite a bit for the food, the food itself was good. Wish ateh in the back was a bit more nice and happy to serve customers. Would come back just for the food, but since service was terrible, I will not be back.

We ate eat and ordered pansit and chicken adobo. Rice is mushy, I guess the chef doesn't know how to cook rice (parang puto). 😆 Pansit is tasteless, it doesn't taste like real filipino pansit. Chicken adobo, same thing it doesn't taste like Adobo. Sorry just trying to be honest, so you need to improve it

The owner was very pleasant... she accommodated us. Food was fantastic 😋 👌. The only thing was the cashier. She was mean but lit up when we have her a tip.

How does a filipino restaurant run out of rice in the middle of the day?
Stopped by after work yesterday to get my wife a to go order. Placed the order and waited about 15 minutes. When I picked up the order they told me they ran out of rice. At the same time I watched a worker behind the counter eating a plate of pancit and rice. Go figure.
WONT be returning. Nanay’s is faster and better customer service.

Ordered the Chicken Adobo breakfast item. The chicken smelled bad. Didn't want to try another item.

My husband and I came in informing them it was our first time and ordered our food. Said I wanted to dine in (being 5:20pm) and they said I couldn't only take out cause they close at 6pm. I said their website says 7pm and they said it's wrong it's 6pm. Ok np, to go then. We waited 15 minutes to see another couple order and they sat down with a number ( dining in) and ordered as much as I did. Then as I watched, they were brought 2 cups of rice for each of them and mine came with 1 ( I ordered 3 entrees). After that a worker came to me asking if I needed something and without hesitation, went to the back and got my food already packaged and brought to me. I'm sorry I'm not philippino but we could of ate it just as fast as the other couple did. $59.00 not worth for first time impressions.

Service was horrible, they bring out 1 item a time, had to ask for everything. Don’t tip until after you eat there. Food was also very salty. They won’t refill your drink either without asking.

We ordered cassava cake, buko pandan, and other main dishes. The desserts weren't given to us at the counter, so we assumed they would be served at our table. While eating, we noticed the cashier taking out all the cassava cake. My husband went to the counter to tell them we were still waiting for our cassava cake, which we had already paid for. He was told that they sold our cassava cake to another customer. The cashier told my husband we could get a refund or choose a different item. I don’t understand why the other customer didn't get a refund so we could have the food we paid for first.
