I used to love this place, had a few off visits, but decided to give it another try and it was great. The wings are bigger now, packed with flavor, and perfect for football season definitely worth recommending.

This ATL location is hands down the WORST in Phoenix. I placed my order, waited about 15 minutes, and then was told they didn’t even have the flavor I ordered. No apology, no urgency just told I’d have to wait 5–7 business days for a refund. The woman with the dreads was completely dismissive, no customer service, no empathy, just attitude.

This isn’t the first time either the first time I ordered, I paid for all flats and got a mix. You can’t call and get help because no one answers the phone, and when you go in person, the manager is never there. The food is greasy, the place smells bad, and it’s always random people working with zero consistency.

This is exactly why it’s so hard to support this business there’s no accountability, no respect, no class, and no pride in what they do. It feels like they just want your money and don’t care about the customer experience at all. If you don’t want to deal with nasty food, poor service, and frustration, go to the ATL on Southern they actually know how to treat customers right.

Watch their prices when you pay.. Example: I ordered a 10 piece traditional ($17) wing and a 12 is charged plus tax ($22) Thier listed prices isn't what the food actually costs and they can't give you an explanation if confronted. Wonder how many people they've done this to 😒 beware

My experience with this place has been mixed, with two main issues.

The first incident happened when I found hair in my wings. When I brought it to their attention, I was told there was no way it came from their kitchen, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Despite that, I decided to give them another chance. On my return visits, the food and service were decent.

However, during a more recent visit, I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and was told they couldn't take any more orders. What made it worse is they also don’t accept phone orders unless you give them your credit card number over the phone, which they don’t make clear upfront.

It shouldn't take an hour and a half to get 18 wings

This place is great! Love it. But I have to say, the dryer rub garlic pamesan wings at zeeks are the all-time best!

Traditional or boneless can't go wrong here. The spicy ATL is no joke. Ice cold kool-aid.

Nope nope

Both times I have come here it's been dirty inside the seating area, the people at the front taking your orders cannot get you out of their face fast enough and the food will take 20+ minutes. They give you tiny wings, I spent 18 bucks on a 10 piece meal and got 10 tiny wings and some soggy fries. Tried to give them another try after my first visit and it's obviously like this all the time. Just steer clear

I do not like writing bad review but nor do I like wasting my money. The food is just not good at all. I order garlic parmesan and they had absolutely no flavor as if they do not season the chicken before cooked. I did taste the specs of rosemary that was on there and wasnt sure why it was there in the first place. The only thing I can say good about the wings is they were fried hard and crispy. Other than that DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT!!!! Waste your time or money. The worst wings Ive had in AZ thus far

Update: ATL we've stuck with your for years. Thru thick and thin, pandemics, inflarions, price hikes, smaller wings, menu changes. My family has been your fervent admirer. But lately you are actively trying to keep us out...at least keeping us away from the restaurant. Lately when we come in the evening With family (kids, grandparents...) your employees are playing the foulest music super loud. F-words, N-words all over the place. We just can't stay and dine in anymore. And your employees don't seem to care that people are visibly uncomfortable.

Best bone-in wings, no contest. All the available flavors, specially the rubs. Mmmmm the rubs.

Absolute best wings you can buy! The fries are amazing! The drink selections are perfect! All the flavors you could ask for! All the love to ATL Wings.

The food was great but the service was terrible. As I’m ordering the person is on Facebook on her phone as she wasn’t getting my order correct.
